I pay $467.83 a month That's a lot of money when you only get $2120 for Social Security it doesn't leave much money for anything else considering someone tacked on an extra hundred when I bought the car. First of all, he is honest, second - he is really good and experienced mechanic, and the last but not the least - he is not expensive. Chris will not overcharge you for parts (you can bring your own parts), and he will give you a call of the progress of the repair. He would also give you a ride home or office so you can leave your car there. Comparing to dealership service - you will get the same quality of work for (literally) at least half of the price. I serviced my 10 year old BMW at the dealership before, but they tend to overcharge and their labour rate is ridiculous. Please note that if you expect shiny service shop with large waiting room with a TV, wifi, coffee and vending machine - you would be disappointed. On the other hand, all these impact the price you pay so you actually paying only for a labor and not for these 'extras'.

When I went back to the dealership to inform them of how the car drove since their "service" they told me it was because my tires were worn. They informed me it was because they moved the damage tires to the front so I can feel it now... why would the dealership let me drive away in worse condition than I came in. I will never understand that. If they knew moving the tires would negatively impact the driving experience and ultimately make the driving dangerous, why would they do it? & if they had so much knowledge of the issue, why would they let me drive away with that...? Some of their locations, like the one at Hartsfield-Jackson Int'l Airport in Atlanta, are fantastic. Since I've had to rent over the last couple of years locally (near Princeton Junction, NJ) National is less convenient and, frankly, not staffed as well in this area. Happily, my Emerald account is shared with Enterprise, and their Route 1 location is both convenient and extremely well managed. Kudos to Mohammad Zaman (Branch Rental Mgr), Morgan Franc (Assistant Branch Rental Mgr) and Lilly Frazier (Management Trainee), all of whom made the rental experience there excellent the last few times I've been in. This is a tightly run operation, with staff paying attention to detail, providing clean well-maintained cars, taking the time to walk around the car pre-rental to document any dings, and being both pleasant and professional. This is now my "go to" rental agency when I need to pick up a car in the Princeton / Princeton Junction area. Thanks!
