April 2017 I bought my first car from Coleman BUICK, It was a Verano 4 door paid it off after a…read morenumber of miles transmission started to go after spending over $3000 in repairs so Will Oese, Talk me into another one this time a Buick Envista, 2024. I don't lease cars I don't believe in leasing cars I like to own my car I pay my car payments each month I tried to do the maintenance through Buick would GM certified parts every now and then since I left New Jersey it has not been that easy I have been in Florida since September 2025 with my Buick well me and my Buick are returning to New Jersey before July and I will once again have their parts, body Shop plus car repair take care of my needs. I pay $467.83 a month That's a lot of money when you only get $2120 for Social Security it doesn't leave much money for anything else considering someone tacked on an extra hundred when I bought the car. I'm disabled without that car I have no means of escape and I have no means of looking for a job and I have no means of taking care of a 6 year old granddaughter So I'm very thankful for Coleman and my Buick car that's all I want to know is how much is a brake job because it is time for pads and brake fluid that I had replaced in October, Some people want me to get rid of my car I think they should mind their own business My Buick isn't going anywhere except on 95 from Florida to New Jersey at the speed limit and not more than that I'm a responsible driver and anyone who says differently is a liar!

It shows an accident (moderate rear end collision) on the carfax. This happened while the truck was in the dealers inventory, right before I bought it. They repaired it, didn't say anything about it to me. I would have never bought the truck if they disclosed this. A real stand up honest dealership for sure. Stay away.

It would have been nice to have a heads up of an extended wait time so I would have been able to make the decision to come back another day when I had more time. This experience took up my entire day. When I left after the service was finally complete, I drove off and the car was not drivable. The car shook immensely when going over 40mph. When I went back to the dealership to inform them of how the car drove since their "service" they told me it was because my tires were worn. I did not have the problem before, so why did I have he problem now? They informed me it was because they moved the damage tires to the front so I can feel it now... why would the dealership let me drive away in worse condition than I came in. I will never understand that. If they knew moving the tires would negatively impact the driving experience and ultimately make the driving dangerous, why would they do it? & if they had so much knowledge of the issue, why would they let me drive away with that...? I'm incredible upset and will never return. & for others safety, I advise no one else to come here.
