Additionally, when I would have questions brought up to them, they would explain even the anatomy-side of things of how the jaw or teeth actually would function and behave--to give me a thorough perspective from an orthodontic and a 'dental-professional' point of view; thus, I'll have a much better clarity about my procedure, being done for me. To now mention in comparison with the pricing options that is offered through them--compared to other offices, from what I can recall, the pricing here was outstanding and more affordable! I believe it is really worth looking into them when weighing out and seeking options for looking into anything in terms of orthodontic services. He informed me that I did not have to worry about the guy I spoke with, and they do offer the service that I was initially inquiring about. This is a long one because of the level of customer service and satisfaction that I received…read more I have a love hate relationship with dentist ( mostly all hate than love) until I walked into Life Smiles Dental Care. Walking in nervous and in lots of pain from a tooth that I thought I was going to loose ( but not going to ) I see Saireen who greets me with a smile and her upbeat personality. Instantly I feel relaxed and able to explain my problem to the best of my ability. The needed paperwork was handled in a professional and in a timely manner without having to repeat myself a bunch of times with the same information ( plus point for that). I was escorted to the lab room and All x-rays were taken and it was done right the first time ( did not need to go back and forth as I have experienced in the past). I was seen by Dr Rohail . He walks in with a smile and took a minute to greet me ( he had other patients that he was already seeing) and to and make me feel comfortable. He did not rush me but informed me about his situation of already being pre occupied with his other patients. Finally it was my turn !!! He took the time to explain the work and time frame that I was looking at. It was explained to me in the language I speak which is English and not " dentist" language which made it easier to decide whether I wanted to continue or not. I have been to a few dentist in my adult life but I absolutely have found my go to dentist for me and my family. Give them a try because they definitely care about their patients. The staff that worked on my procedure over stayed their shift time with a smile with no complaints. The really sweet assistant ( I forgot to take her name) that seemed to have worked a full days work Kept on going with a smile and checked in on my well being regularly. This shows me that they value their patients, even the walk ins.
