She was super anxious, but everyone there helped her overcome her fear. Dr. Pishbin, the dental assistant, and the hygienist were all really gentle while working with my daughter, they explained everything to her so she would know exactly what was going to happen. I explained her situation to them, so they made sure to be extra patient with her and did everything possible to make her feel safe and comfortable. They let me go into the room with her while they were filling a couple of cavities, and being able to have me there with her helped her to be a lot less scared. The whole vibe here was just way less stressful and it means a lot to me how kind they were from start to finish and treated my daughter with tender loving care. Front desk was great too, we were waiting less than 5 minutes after we checked in, but I love that there's a little movie theater in the waiting room for the kids to hang out in while they wait to be called back. 100% I would recommend this office, in fact I actually have recommended it to a few friends already.

The dentists arrived and asked stage ladies to help since there was more of us waiting. They checked us in and waited a little longer. I give them 4 stars instead of 5 because the wait was long--we waited 20 minutes after out appointment time--and then again we waited at the end for the dentist. The staff here are obviously experts at working with young children. Our exam room, not just the waiting room, had lots of toys for him to play with while we waited (see photo) and he got to sit in my lap during the exam which helped him feel more comfortable. The staff was so calm and patient with him and they were so kid-friendly. I was shocked, but he let them clean and check his teeth! After his exam, Dr. Marr even sat and talked with me for at least 20-30 minutes. She answered all my questions, gave great advice, and was really supportive. The staff and everyone I'd interacted with were very patient with me and would ask if I had any concerns, questions pertaining to how I'd feel about my teeth and the appearances--within those regards. Also, they'd inform me along the way why the procedure would be the way 'specifically' for my case. Additionally, when I would have questions brought up to them, they would explain even the anatomy-side of things of how the jaw or teeth actually would function and behave--to give me a thorough perspective from an orthodontic and a 'dental-professional' point of view; thus, I'll have a much better clarity about my procedure, being done for me. To now mention in comparison with the pricing options that is offered through them--compared to other offices, from what I can recall, the pricing here was outstanding and more affordable! I believe it is really worth looking into them when weighing out and seeking options for looking into anything in terms of orthodontic services. My mom who allowed me to have my treatment here had also recommended this place with a family friend, and their child is also receiving the same treatment I had.
