I was very pleasantly surprised to see their huge selection of perennials had been laid out alphabetically this year!!!!! No more aimless wandering looking for astilbe in the middle of the hellebores or sedum. The prices are a bit higher than other local shops or big box home improvement stores. However, aside from two of the mini plants I bought from the clearance section that died, I have never been disappointed in the quality of things I've purchased there. Here are some of the reasons: - They never notify us when they are coming so if we do not take our lights down in our bushes, they end up destroyed as they say in their contract they are not responsible. We have had to replace several lights and also ripped furniture covers. I watch the crew just rush through the work without any regards to quality or our things and do not care if they destroy them. - They supposedly removed weeds, however we ended up with poisonous India Poke weed in our flower beds. - Our lawn had several yellow spots and despite reaching out to them about it I never heard back. - We do not do lawn mowing with them and they mowed our lawn with the Fall clean up and charged us for this without asking. It was not outlined in the contract that they would do a lawn mowing with fall clean up. Its unfortunate that this service has gone down hill. I liked working with them for years and had been happy with them in the past and hopefully this review will help them adjust their practices.

I wanted to match some stones they didn't have but Lombardo found them for me without any delay. In total I needed three deliveries and the first was made by the owner himself to check out what I was doing and assess the rest of the deliveries. The location is difficult with phone and power lines traversing from the street to my house directly above where I needed the next 16 ton delivery. Lombardo made it happen. The experience could not have been better from the first phone call with Emily to the final delivery. Emily was a pleasure to work with and made the entire experience stress free including coordinating deliveries exactly as I wanted them while keeping in touch along the way. The drivers were professional, friendly and well experienced, having no difficulty navigating the challenging area with ease and dropping everything exactly where I wanted it. It was all just perfect.

Gleison, one of the owners, came out the next day to take a look at the property and give a free consultation during which he was very nice, helpful and clearly passionate about his craft. His crew did the work the day after with Gleison working alongside. They were efficient, professional and did quality work in just a few hours cleaning up the entire front and backyard of pine needles and leaves and then mowing, aerating and seeding at a very reasonable price. They even quoted a gutter cleanup at 2x less than what I paid in the past. I will continue to use Mow and Grow in the future.
