Even though we have an old clunker, Franks still gave us good service (which is how it should be but often is not). Glad we've connected with a trustworthy and reasonable mechanic nearby. In finding Frank, we also decided to fill up at the station (Shell) and now won't be going anywhere else b/c they pump the gas (what a luxury for the winter!) and the prices are the same as other nearby stations. Their windshield washing is a cherry on top.

Her attitude was rude, disrespectful, and completely uncalled for. Even while I was paying for "two" coffees, she continued making comments. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. But the professionalism of the staff has been incredible. I am writing this because I know what I have personally seen. I never saw the racism that is described in the reviews. On every occasion I witnessed, the staff never reacted in any inappropriate way and just let the person rant away. Unfortunately the people I witnessed were all African American which only applies to what I personally saw. I am sure they have had other unhappy customers from all nationalities and backgrounds but it is only appropriate to speak of my personal experience. One man for example ordered a sandwich loaded with meat, she brings the sandwich to him and he said he didn't want it. The man attendant simply asked him to leave the property and not come back. He stayed in the parking lot speaking to other people. He left when I was leaving. Last week a woman had a slew of lottery tickets, then takes the scanner and tells the same attendant the the woman waiting on her couldn't do it right. Today, a young man parked before I did, he walked in after me, saw me standing at the counter, went to the next register and go waited on. For the record only I happen to be caucasian. I chose to say nothing and wait to be waited on. The place is kept extremely clean, and I have been there when someone cleans up the floor, including losing lottery tickets discarded by patrons. Please everyone to be helpful and fair proof read your review before you post it. I know for a fact at other businesses I witnessed upset patrons and know what they wrote was not accurate.

Once my car ran out of gas and I walked there, borrowed a gas can and filled up my car. Another time my muffler fell off and their repair shop hung it back up for for a couple bucks. Oh -I almost forgot, the handles on their gas pumps actually lock into place so you don't have to hold the lever. And for the really cold mornings - pull up to the full serve pump so you can stay in the car.

It costs $1 to have this convenience, but to me, it's worth it to have the machine do it for me instead of trying to run around with the pressure thing and unevenly fill up my tires with air in subzero temperatures (tires always pick the coldest day...). If you're good at the whole tire thing, you can get free air by asking inside for them to turn it on for you.

They charge a flat $150 to 'diagnose your issue' and only compensate it back to you, if you have them do the work, right then and there. I didn't have them do it.
