Even though we have an old clunker, Franks still gave us good service (which is how it should be but often is not). Glad we've connected with a trustworthy and reasonable mechanic nearby. In finding Frank, we also decided to fill up at the station (Shell) and now won't be going anywhere else b/c they pump the gas (what a luxury for the winter!) and the prices are the same as other nearby stations. Her attitude was rude, disrespectful, and completely uncalled for. Even while I was paying for "two" coffees, she continued making comments. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I won't be returning to this location and suggest you stay far far away. I will be sending a letter to the 7-11 corporation as well as the better business bureau.

Once my car ran out of gas and I walked there, borrowed a gas can and filled up my car. Another time my muffler fell off and their repair shop hung it back up for for a couple bucks. Oh -I almost forgot, the handles on their gas pumps actually lock into place so you don't have to hold the lever. And for the really cold mornings - pull up to the full serve pump so you can stay in the car.

It costs $1 to have this convenience, but to me, it's worth it to have the machine do it for me instead of trying to run around with the pressure thing and unevenly fill up my tires with air in subzero temperatures (tires always pick the coldest day...). If you're good at the whole tire thing, you can get free air by asking inside for them to turn it on for you.
