The coke machine is full of MOLD!!!!! Around the ice maker is all green and moldy, and the catchment try is full of black mold. I had friends eat there the other day and had drinks and my parents where with a didn't get drinks and my friend got sick, and my parents did not. Health department beware. No health food ratings listed in eye sight. Floors look dirty and disgusting. And the tables looked dirty and sticky! Beware! Who knew Hamburger Heaven did catering?! They catered lunch at my office several times and the food was outstanding. So much so that when I was having a party at my house, they were the first ones I thought of! We got hamburgers, grilled chicken and sides. Hamburgers are fresh and grilled chicken tastes like it came just off the grille. Their Mac n cheese is to DIE FOR. They use spiral noodles and it's extra creamy. Their bbq sauce is perfectly tangy. The absolute best part is the bacon! This was gone neatly before dinner started because people were eating it as an appetizer and couldn't stop! Highly recommend! read more

Mehhhh. I really wanted to love this place, but I just wasn't in love with it. My omelet was so liquidy that it filled up my entire plate by the time I was finished. I ordered a jumbo hamburger and onion strings for dine-in at lunch time. The tab seemed a bit expensive at almost $13, but if the food was good... And the food was good. The jumbo hamburger was meaty and delicious. The sauce got all over my fingers, face, and beard, but it was very tasty. This is as good as the best fast food hamburgers I've ever had. The onion strings were also very tasty, although a little too salty for me. I went back and got a banana pudding. It was also delicious. 3.5 Ducked in here to avoid a strong thunderstorm on the way home. Wish I lived closer because I'd likely be a more frequent visitor. Love the all-day menu. Had the BBQ burger and corn balls. Fairly hard sear on the burger, but still moist inside; soft bun. Burger had good flavor and was nice and thick (as opposed to McDs and all those fast food joints skinny minis.) BBQ sauce was fairly common. Corn nuggets were fine. Just didn't have time to try in a lot more. But menu sounds great. read more

I really want to like this place! Lunch - I had the cheeseburger and honestly the hamburger meat is amazing and such an upgrade from other fast food restaurants. I expected more from the sauce but it's just not as flavorful as I had hoped. Its similar to Milo's sauce but doesn't quite compare. I enjoyed the corn balls because they were right off the fryer. Although they were more salty than I had hoped. I prefer mine to be sweeter. The prices were a little steep, though. My cheeseburger was tiny for the almost $5 price tag. I spent $8 on this meal and it didn't come with a drink. Breakfast - I prefer their breakfast food. I had the grit bowl with hash brown cakes and it was such a great little meal. I can't wait to try the omelets and pancakes! You get such quality food for a great price for breakfast. Overall - I'll be stopping by again to try out different things on the menu! read more

I've only been through the drive thru but I've been Many Times. The Employees are great & Always patient when I'm indecisive on what I want to eat. My food is always correct, Hot and So delicious. The only thing I can say negatively about this place is the Hours. When I'm craving A Chicken Salad Sandwich at 8pm I'm out of luck. I've been on a burger kick lately and it had been a while since I been to a local establishment like Hamburger Heaven. I went with the bacon cheeseburger and it was the kind of hamburger I would have made in my grill. The bacon was crisp, the patty well cooked, diced onions, mayo, and Hamburger Heaven Sauce which is like a spicy Heinz 57. I added the Pumpkin Spice Shake and the spice was very pronounced, which was a good thing. The fries were a good think cut and were better once dipped in the Hamburger Heaven sauce. I recently had a burger from Five guys and it was equally delicious. Five Guys bacon burger has two patties vs Hamburger Heaven's one and the bacon was equally crisp, but where they differed was price. For the cost of a Hamburger Heaven meal you get just the burger at Five Guys. So, I think Hamburger Heaven wins in price and value. This is no slight against Five Guys but if you're looking for a meal instead of just the burger, HH gives you more for less. I have a new motto: If you're going to eat something that's not good for you, pay more and get the best thing that's not good for you. read more

I wasn't in heaven with this burger. On the way to the airport we decided to stop for a quick meal. When I'm out of town I like to visit local establishments and this is one. I had the #2 which was a cheeseburger, fries and a drink. I also got a side of corn balls. The burger comes with mayo and sauce. I couldn't put my finger on the sauce ingredients but it was ok. It made for slippery burger though when I went to eat it. They put chopped onions on the burger which I like, but the onions slipped out when I picked it up. The burger to bun ratio is also off. I left 1/4 of the bun on my wrapper because I was out of meat. Whataburger burgers are far better than these. The fries are crinkle fries but kind of like puffy crinkle fries. The corn balls were ok. They came out steaming hot but I didn't find them as tasty as corn poppers I've had elsewhere. It's like they're missing some filling that would make them a bit creamier. The tables weren't wiped down but we sat down anyway. The cashier coughed into her arm before taking our order and I kind of wished she'd washed her hands after that. The fries that I had asked for to be extra crispy were soggy and warm at best. I don't know what went wrong? The location had maybe 6 patrons, including myself in the dinning room and there were more than enough employees... My burger looked like it had been dropped from the Empire State building and flopped onto the concrete below. I will chalk todays visit up to a fluke and will try once more... One of my fav fast food hamburger chains. But to make it sound special, it is particularly an Alabama franchise started in 1982 in Irondale. I did my research! My favorite meal is actually the triple decker club but the burgers are delicious. My hubby loves the massive Holy Cow Special. I love the Hamburger Heaven sauce, get extra for my fries, and have even bought some to keep at home. The folks here are super nice and the food always tastes good. Unbelievable Service! Yesterday I contacted the catering dept via email around for pricing as a last minute request for an office lunch for the next day. Not my typical office responsibility; however, sure I can handle it. Office of grown men that evidently live off of coffee, salty snacks, lunch and sweets. Which it was, and my Grilled Cheese combo hit the spot we brought all the team back for a late lunch in between games. It had plenty of room with a fun team atmosphere!
