Having worked as a mechanic, I understand that things happen and mistakes are made. However, when things go wrong, it's the company's responsibility to make them right. Unfortunately, this was not the case in my experience. My truck was stuck at the Brighton location for 10 days while we went back and forth over repair work and parts. I requested numerous times, to have my vehicle towed to a shop of my choosing but was refused. I was then lied to as to the origin of the parts being installed to fix their boo boo. For obvious reasons, I wanted new OEM parts installed with a warranty on the parts and labor, incase something happened. They then took it upon themselves to install a salvaged part despite having asked them not to. I raised hell over the way this was handled but still ended up having to pay them for an oil change. Just take into account that by doing business here, you have little to fall back on. Their better business bureau account is bunk and provided no response. If you utilize a quick lube shop, find one that's Better Business Bureau accredited. Steer clear of Victory Lane. Positive reviews are written by the company and cannot be relied upon.

Honestly, that's one reason I always come back and why I have them change my filters, wipers, etc. I hate when I just want an oil change and have the stress and pressure of getting other things done. The guys who work here are professional. They do their job thoroughly. I like they have check over each other's work to make sure nothing is done incorrectly. Once, I had gone to a dealer for an oil change and the filter or something was put on wrong so all of the oil leaked out and I had to have my car towed. Needless to say, I am paranoid each time I get an oil change. This double checking thing puts me at ease! Their prices are comparable to other auto care companies. You can get a key tag as a regular customer that gives you a discount which is always a nice perk. For the sake of COVID they all wear masks and the practice social distancing. I give them props! I actually forgot to put on my mask being in my car and when I remembered to, I sensed the relief the employee had.
