It's how they handle the mess up. Anyway, I asked the manager how they make service suggestions, and he showed me the computer program that they use. It follows the recommended service for your specific vehicle as mandated by your owners manual. So they're not trying to sell you a bunch of crap you don't need. I have stuck with the recommended service from my owner's manual and currently have well over 260,000 miles on my vehicle. The shop is clean and fast with the service. They do a nice job.

Having worked as a mechanic, I understand that things happen and mistakes are made. However, when things go wrong, it's the company's responsibility to make them right. Unfortunately, this was not the case in my experience. My truck was stuck at the Brighton location for 10 days while we went back and forth over repair work and parts. I requested numerous times, to have my vehicle towed to a shop of my choosing but was refused. I was then lied to as to the origin of the parts being installed to fix their boo boo. For obvious reasons, I wanted new OEM parts installed with a warranty on the parts and labor, incase something happened. They then took it upon themselves to install a salvaged part despite having asked them not to. I raised hell over the way this was handled but still ended up having to pay them for an oil change. Just take into account that by doing business here, you have little to fall back on. Their better business bureau account is bunk and provided no response. If you utilize a quick lube shop, find one that's Better Business Bureau accredited. Steer clear of Victory Lane. Positive reviews are written by the company and cannot be relied upon.
