I hate to admit it, It had been a while since I had been to the dentist. However, I needed a Preop dental cleaning before my procedure in 10 days. I called several places who did not have appointments until April and the majority of them said they don't do cleanings on the initial visit. I called Hamburg Expressions and explained my situation, they were able to get me in the next day. From the time I arrived until my visit ended, my experience was amazing. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and kind. The atmosphere was relaxing and the space I was in was clean. I received a very thorough cleaning, I did not feel like they were rushing me out the door, like I have felt at other places. Even my 8 year old who was with me said, she wanted to go there too! I am an airline pilot, who flies long overseas trips. Once, when I was wearing a temporary veneer, I damaged it due to my own fault. Both Dr. Jenny and Neil came in early on a Saturday to accommodate my flight schedule. That is the patient commitment you can expect! 6. The cost is extremely competitive when compared with other local dentists. But, the quality and level of service is far superior at Hamburg Expressions! I have been a patient of Dr. Miller's for well over 5 years now. She has virtually transformed my smile. I went from what I would say was a ho hum smile to a Hollywood smile that is noticed every day. I work with the public and expressing myself through my smile was incredibly important to me. This is terrible to admit, but I have not been to the dentist in over 7 years. With great hesitation I made an appointment. Luckily it was the best decision I have ever made. Dr. Miller and Sarah the hygienist were amazing! They were very understanding, accommodation, and professional. I felt like they went out of their way to make me feel as comfortable as possible, and more importantly to understand what they were doing at the time as well as looking ahead.
