She'll take pictures and impressions, and then develop a comprehensive treatment plan that prioritizes tooth preservation, occlusion and cosmetic result. On your second visit she will spend another hour explaining the treatment plan she has developed. All of this time and effort up to this point is at no charge! You can walk away at any time. But, once you see the plan that Dr. Jenny and her husband Neil put together... you won't!
2. It is the only cosmetic facility in Lexington that has the lab on-site. All of the veneers and crowns are artistically designed by Dr. Jenny's husband, Neil. He is a master artisan, and his work is unparalleled in the industry. In fact, he does work for other dentists! The fact that Dr. Jenny and Neil are married make the working relationship between them even better! You will often see Neil huddled by the dentist chair when Dr. Jenny is finalizing the look of your veneers!
3. The staff is absolutely top notch! Sarah was Dr. Jenny's assistant thought my process, and she provided valuable input to what my smile looks like today. I can't thank her enough. The entire time you are in the chair you are pampered with heated aromatic neck warmers, blankets and noise-cancelling headsets with your choice of music. Angela is the office manager and she will professionally guide you through the entire process. You WILL build a warm relstionship with all of the staff.
4. As a retired Naval Officer, I value honesty and integrity. Dr. Jenny and her entire staff are the epitomy of honesty and integrity! They are up - front about costs, and stick to the cost estimate they give you. I felt very comfortable working with them.
5. They are always there for you! I am an airline pilot, who flies long overseas trips. Once, when I was wearing a temporary veneer, I damaged it due to my own fault. Both Dr. Jenny and Neil came in early on a Saturday to accommodate my flight schedule. That is the patient commitment you can expect!
6. The cost is extremely competitive when compared with other local dentists. But, the quality and level of service is far superior at Hamburg Expressions! I came to Dr. Jenny from another local demtist who could not give the result I was seeking. Dr. Jenny is more than a dentist... she is an artist! The whole process from start to finish took 6 weeks, but mine was a difficult case. I am an extremely demanding and discerning client, and I can honestly say my smile is now my best physical attribute.
