I called several places who did not have appointments until April and the majority of them said they don't do cleanings on the initial visit. I called Hamburg Expressions and explained my situation, they were able to get me in the next day. From the time I arrived until my visit ended, my experience was amazing. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and kind. The atmosphere was relaxing and the space I was in was clean. I received a very thorough cleaning, I did not feel like they were rushing me out the door, like I have felt at other places. Even my 8 year old who was with me said, she wanted to go there too! I can definitely say I found my regular dentist, I scheduled my 6 month appointment, and can't wait to go back! I would highly recommend!

I was so much pain and after I FINALLY got permanent crowns, I would continue to have issues and lots of pain. I had to find another dentist to look at both crowns and found out Dr. Falace's office did both crowns wrong and they were the wrong size. So I had to pay OUT OF POCKET $1,000 each $2,000 to fix the crowns Dr. Falace's office did. His assistant did most of all the work. At my other den office, the main dentist did all my crown work. They didn't let the assistants do the crowns. I hate to make a bad or negative review but this has been a nightmare for years dealing with all the tooth pain from the crowns to finding another dentist to look at them and fix the crowns. I had to end up getting the old crowns out and new ones put in because they were the wrong size causing me to have a lot of issues and pain. Dr. Falace was a nice man but I wouldn't recommend getting any crowns placed at this office. I would recommend to read reviews and find another dentist office for crowns. If Dr. Falace's office can help me get a refund for those 2 bad crowns and send a letter to my insurance to take them off so my insurance can pay for the correct crowns, then I will be more then happy to delete this review. Having MULTIPLE issues with your teeth (CROWNS) was the worst pain ever. I had skull surgery and my pain was more horrible. The pain was so bad for a very long time.
