He wouldn't even look at my roof without charging me. His time may be valuable, but so is my hard earned cash, which his company clearly did not want. Happy to take my business elsewhere and not give thousands of dollars to someone who speaks so rudely to a potential customer.

We had the roof and all gutters replaced in the fall of 2025. The job was done promptly at a…read morecompetitive price but we had a couple of major issues afterward. The roof started leaking at the vent pipe location. They first sent a guy who, instead of taking responsibility, completely denied there was any problem with the roof and said the vent pipe itself was the problem as it was rusted. We spent a $100 on getting the vent pipe checked out by an HVAC technician, who told us that the pipe was fine - no issues. So, I had to climb on the roof with a garden hose and run water on the roof to show that it was because of bad roof installation - I sent JP the video of the problem (the flashing of the vent pipe was not properly meshed with the shingles), and only then they agreed to fix it. The second problem is with the gutters, which are still not fixed. There is a gap between the new gutters and the roof, which is letting water to come through the gap. I have been trying to get hold of the person - they have promised to come 4 times over the last month but still have not fixed the problem. I have stayed home from work a couple of times just for it, and they did not even inform me that they were not going to make it that day. All in all, a very bad post-install service - a complete lack of professionalism!

Several people said they'd replace the shingles, but then they never showed up. One guy came by and met with her, assessed the roof and then told her to go pick up a bundle of shingles before he came back to fix them. He said he had to get his ladder, but he never came back and stopped returning her texts. While she was out-of-town, I stayed at her place and found Construction Works on another website. Matt was quick to respond. After so many no-shows, I was not sure the job would actually get done --- this company is in Niagara Falls and my daughter's home is in Hamilton --- but Matt was true to his word and came out the next day. He quickly and cheerfully replaced the missing shingles, and walked around the whole roof to check for any other problems and assured me that it was good. I appreciated that! He even took a photo of the neighbours' missing shingles and offered to e-mail it to me so that I could let them know. My daughter and I were happy that her roof was finally fixed - and without us having to make countless phone calls and texts and waiting for no-show contractors -- it was so easy! What a relief. If you are getting a quote for a new…read moreroof you must know these pictures do not reflect the condition that Noble Roofing left our home in! We have FOURTEEN points of entry on our roof that were not there prior to Noble Roofing replacing our cedar shakes with shingles. We were advised there would be an aesthetic gap due to the difference in product width. Anthony, the owner, accepted our nearly $45000 payment, packed up his trailer, left his company sign on our lawn promoting his business, while FULLY aware that there were FOURTEEN ways for pests, rodents, bees to enter and infest our home. A pest control company had to show us the holes directly into our attic. Anthony (and Matt who will be the one to give you your quote) have both done nothing to help resolve the issue. Anthony pulled out his phone and said to my husband I sent you a text that said "here is a picture of the gap, talk to Matt's brother about it". Not sure about you, but getting a text from the owner, the "expert", saying here is the gap picture isn't in any way advising you your home is at risk! It was referring to the aesthetic look of shingles versus cedar, NOT that there were now FOURTEEN points of entry on our roof that were NOT there before Noble Roofing "completed" work on our home. $45000 dollars worth of work.
