Rob had great ideas for the design incorporating everything seamlessly from the retaining wall to the curbs to the shed pad to the walkway to the front door. He even buried pvc pipe under the cement and asphalt so I could hide our unsightly garden hose! Their pricing was very good and we were invoiced exactly what we were quoted! Rob was very responsive to all my questions and concerns and he and his crew showed up when they said they would, they were on time, they worked very hard, and finished when they said they would. All the while they had a great positive attitude, were very friendly and professional, and answered all my requests with 'no problem'. Multiple neighbors have congratulated us on how great everything looks. We highly recommend C & B!! Thanks for everything guys!!

Due to a number of wind storms, my daughter's townhouse had three missing shingles. She contacted…read morenumerous companies to get them replaced, but it's been a busy summer for roofers and nobody wanted a small repair job. Several people said they'd replace the shingles, but then they never showed up. One guy came by and met with her, assessed the roof and then told her to go pick up a bundle of shingles before he came back to fix them. He said he had to get his ladder, but he never came back and stopped returning her texts. While she was out-of-town, I stayed at her place and found Construction Works on another website. Matt was quick to respond. After so many no-shows, I was not sure the job would actually get done --- this company is in Niagara Falls and my daughter's home is in Hamilton --- but Matt was true to his word and came out the next day. He quickly and cheerfully replaced the missing shingles, and walked around the whole roof to check for any other problems and assured me that it was good. I appreciated that! He even took a photo of the neighbours' missing shingles and offered to e-mail it to me so that I could let them know. My daughter and I were happy that her roof was finally fixed - and without us having to make countless phone calls and texts and waiting for no-show contractors -- it was so easy! What a relief. Matt was personable, efficient, and affordable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to my family and friends.

https://youtu.be/-marY2VUkJo -- Updated Video…read more I wrote a review previously for Niagara Fence Pros, but for whatever reason it never got published. Funny how negative reviews don't get published. I contacted Tony about my fencing needs. I told Tony (clearly in writing) that *THE SOLE PURPOSE OF THIS FENCE WAS TO PREVENT MY ROTTWEILERS FROM BEING ABLE TO ROAM FREE*. He & his crew put up the fence & he installed two gates; one leading to my driveway and the other to my backyard. On BOTH gates, the gates don't close properly. The latches don't catch, so all my dogs had to do was simply PUSH on the gate to get out. And my dogs did EXACTLY that & ran on the streets scaring the residents. In other words, I paid for a fence which looks nice but doesn't function as I had clearly expressed (in writing) what I needed it to do. I was disappointed in how he skimped on the workmanship. If you'll notice on the gates, there's a black cable. Originally he used ordinary string. That broke off in less than a week. I had to order black stainless steel cable latches off Amazon. Tony came out once to modify the fence latch, but then it happened to the second gate. He said he was "willing to provide one more gate adjustment free of charge." but I declined. The reason is because if this problem persisted, there was no point. As a responsible dog owner/dog breeder, I needed a fence to contain my dogs, which are considered a "dangerous breed". After several accommodations/hacks that we desperately tried to make work, I couldn't find a solution. In the end, I had to get rid of my dogs. His poor workmanship has crippled my business. As if the economy wasn't a kick in the butt enough! I'm so sorry I contacted Niagara Fence Pros and am currently consulting with lawyers for legal recourse.

The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and they paid close attention to the details to make sure everything looked seamless. They were professional, reliable, and kept us informed throughout the project. They also left the work areas clean at the end of each day, which we really appreciated. It's hard to find contractors you can trust, and LeapAI Unlimited exceeded our expectations. We are very happy with the finished results and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality drywall, painting, electrical, or home repair services.
