No omelet station here but we found a variety of things to eat and try before we left for our hot air balloon excursion. Our bedroom had adequate space and our bed was sort of a triple. While we did not spend too much time in the room (we arrived in the afternoon and left by 9 am next day), it was clean and comfortable. The window opened which was nice. We were on the first floor and the place is a bit of maze but manageable. They have entertainment on the 2nd floor lobby area where there was a belly dancer and sort of a club atmosphere after dinner. The boutique hotel is family owned and the hosts will go out of your way to accommodate your wishes. We arrived quite early in the morning (around 10am) and our rooms were still occupied (check-in is at 2pm normally). We were offered the standard Turkish breakfast while they tried to turn over our rooms quickly. The hotel is one of the closest to the Pamukkale entrances, has a pool, has good water pressure in the shower (which I've learned is not always guaranteed in Turkey!) and have an extremely friendly staff who speak English. If you're female (like me) just remember to pack some conditioner since it does not come standard in the room. Overall had a very pleasant experience here and would come back!

The draw here is their thermal waters pools, which feel good and look cool. The brown shell of the pool is faked to look geolocially correct, but the waters are piped in from the mountain, and there is mineral mud from the bottom that you slather all over yourself. this is all included in your room, as well as a large outdoor regular pool. But the room was small and very 'dated'. it was clean, but was old with stains and worn out parts. Much like a motel 6 in the states. The beds were absolute rock, and i like a hard bed. They had no give at all - i actually checked to see if there as a board under the mattress and sheet. the other downside was the food - pretty bad. not bad like rotten just flavorless and old. we had dinner and breakfast, both were really not good and i ate very little at breakfast. stick with the breads and cheeses and you will do ok. there is nothing in the neighborhood, so just stick to the thermal pool and get yourself so hot and dizzy that youre ready to pass out and wont notice the old room and rock hard bed. There is a free belly dance show (though they encourage you to order a drink or 2) by the pool at 9:30, so that is cool too. All in all, nothing terribly 'wrong' with this hotel, but as the 3 stars says - 'ok' .

Hotel: This hotel gets massive tour groups and seems like it only for that. Services: Services in terms of cleanliness, food quality and staff are below par. Breakfast: Due to big crowds for breakfast and dinner and there are not enough staff to manage and the food does run out on the good dishes. Water: We have to pay for drinking water as because of salt in the area the water from the sink is not drinkable. So be prepared to buy water for diner and the room, although they did provide water in the morning. The positive things are its outdoor and indoor thermal pools.There is a guy taking photos of people eating, the prints are then displayed outside for sale and its is available as a photo or on a glass (glass being quite pricey). Other nice thing is the outdoor gardens in between the buildings and the pool area. All in all its just good for the quick night stay with the tour companies. Room Tip: Make sure you buy water on the way to the hotel as it could be pricey at the hotel.

Ugh. Double ugh…read more This is a spa/resort hotel located at the hot springs of Pamukkale. The hotel features a swimming pool, a pool fed by hot springs, and typical spa amenities. The room was fairly small and felt a bit aged for a five star resort in Turkey. The bathroom in particular. I'm used to small European bathrooms and I've no qualm with them, but compared to other like hotels in Turkey, this was small and felt dated. There was a small balcony which overlooked the pool, but nothing you could hang out on. Overall, the room was more three star than five star, but here it is all about location. There was an indoor lukewarm tub (not really hot) located in our section of the hotel. It was convenient, but so centrally located (the staircase to the rooms wrapped around it) that anyone entering or leaving their rooms from all floors could just stand and watch you. Not exactly private or romantic. More functional. The lounge/bar area is huge and has a real resort feel, like something from a 70s Dean Martin movie. Central firepit, lots of cushy chairs. HOWEVER, the staff was horrendous...this is the biggest reason I'm docking this hotel down to two stars. Sitting in the lounge, which was virtually empty (it was Winter), the bar staff just stood and talked to each other and pointedly ignored everyone in the room. I finally had to walk up to the bar and basically demand a drink...whereupon I got the "look." You know. The "look" of "why are you fucking bothering me?" This is the only place in Turkey I really ever go that 'tude. I'm used to it in Paris...but seriously. The buffet dinner was horrible. Horrible. Limited, unpalatable, unseasoned, and disgusting. I saw people literally spit the deserts out of their mouths. You know when deserts are being spit out that something is seriously wrong. And the staff in the dining room was equally distant and cold. Great location with spa/resort/hot springs amenities, decent room, but poor food and angry staff. Meh...Turkey has other places much better. Tip: If you do stay there, read the facilities handbook and bathroom signs. Someone put their faith in Google Translate and the results are hysterical.

No screens in window, so room was stuffy with no ac on, but better than bugs in room. I highly recommend this place. Like I said, room wasn't great, but every thing else about the place made up for it. Especially the customer service and POOL!!!!

There is a newer building and that is the Venus Suite Hotel, but you all have the same pools, the same breakfast, the same lobby and public areas. The building for the Suite Hotel just looks newer and swankier, but honestly I like the homey feel of the older Venus Hotel. The staff is super friendly. They'll drop you off at the ruins/salt baths whenever you need. They are very chill about rules - we got there very early on a Tuesday and were leaving at 5 am the next day, so when they realized this they said we could have breakfast that first day. Another couple had the check our time wrong and they were fine with that. It feels very family run. Our Booking.com confirmation email said our room was 40€, but they hadn't charged anything to our credit card (they said that sometimes people show up and they just don't charge anything - they just don't take any credit card info from Booking.com). They charged us 60TL for our room, which comes out to only 20€! There are two pools, each about 12m long (I'm a swimmer; estimating). The robes they provided were really really soft; it was nice to wrap yourself in this after taking a swim. The pool is very cold! They also have a shower/bathroom off the lobby, useful if you arrive before check-in. Breakfast was a decent layout: cereal, some baked goods/breads, small local Apple's/oranges, a few cheese/meat options, yogurt and Jams, butter and hazelnut chocolate. It was the usual fare. The tea was very over steeped. CONS: The Wi-Fi was very very spotty. I could barely get it in our room and only in a small area in the lobby. We had lunch here and it was pretty bad; the kofte was tasteless and dry, and my clay pot chicken was bland. They don't take credit card, only cash.

Everything needs to be updated and I mean everything. This includes the bedding drapes bathrooms and wifi is incredibly slow. The breakfast was disappointing with most items not at all appetizing. This includes both the hard boiled eggs and even the fruit. The best item was the coffee cake. That was really all I could eat. All this being said, the staff is friendly and you can tell they are trying their best!
