This thermal hotel has mineral hot springs. The customer can enjoy it that already includes in the room rate. You can ask for additional service like turkey bath. Overall they have indoor and outdoor hot spring that inter connected. The cold pool is inside which you can cool off. Nighttime we have belly dancing show in the bar area that provides entertainment. Locally, this is a 5 star hotel. If you're staying to view the travertines this is the best of the best. So much so we had originally booked somewhere else but when we drove by this place we immediately switched. Friendly staff, easy parking, comfortable and clean room, large restaurant and good bar. The views and vibe remind me of Santa Fe right down to the on site full service spa. The rooms are comfortable, but depending on where your room is located can be a long (and complicated) walk. They do charge for wifi but it works well, but best in the lobby as (I mentioned above), you could have trouble connecting depending on where your room is located. The views of the surroundings are beautiful and offer peace and quiet. It's a but secluded, so your only real dining options are pretty much onsite. read more

Lovely and really big hotel, with a great thermal pool! It is definitely in the middle of absolutely no where but with a lovely thermal pool why would you need to go out! There is Turkish bath and different massages on menu (generally on the pricy/short side), but just being in the pool can take your afternoon/tiredness away! Tip - if you plan to swim, you MUST have a swimming cap (generally the case in all Turkish hotels), otherwise you will have to buy one there. Disappointment - man the breakfast was surprisingly underwhelming with a great variety of exact same thing. Also, big giant hotel that cost a lot, just give the free wifi already!!! read more

It's one of the many thermal hotels in Pamukkale, in Karahayit town where most of the hotels are. It's a local 5 stars hotel, of course do not think about it like an international 5 stars but it's ok. The rooms are ok, restaurant is big and they have buffet both at breakfast & dinner. There is a thermal pool and a regular pool, both of them are free of charge. Wi-fi internet costs 10 TL per day. There is a SPA which you have to pay for massage, of course. Like all other big hotels in Pamukkale area, the biggest problem of the hotel is that there are so many tour groups every day. Overall it's a good hotel in Pamukkale, if you don't set your expectations too high. read more
