I recently closed a transaction whereas Michelle White was the Listing Agent on the property I…read morepurchased. I am choosing the one-star/ Not Good rating because that's exactly what she was. Most notably, her efforts and demeanor took a 180-degree turn once the transaction closed and her commission was in the bank. True colors were shown. As a final act of goodness, she refused to bring the key to the home at the time I was to take possession because the home was too far from her office...I guess it was 'inconvenient'. ...although she finally agreed to have someone do it for her. This agent does not have a 'How can I help make your experience great' mentality. Certainly there are other realtors that deserve your patronage and money...not this one.

She continues to recommend people for any job we need done and still will meet with them if we are out of town. Jason is always willing to help also. You can't go wrong with this team!!

She communicated quickly and thoroughly, had the resources to prepare our property, advised on how to make a winning offer in a competitive market, and did thorough research with the other buying/selling agent to find out all she could to help us in our negotiations. She is knowledgable, experienced, friendly, and a go-getter! I highly recommend Traci to you for your purchase or sale! We have been so lucky to have her!

They very quickly became familiar with what we were looking for in a second home - and we were impressed with their knowledge and professionalism from the very beginning. They were extremely knowledgeable and helped direct us every step of our home search. Our purchase was done via a Trust and therefore was a bit complicated. Both Gracie and Greg truly helped make the process as easy and streamlined as possible! Their team was great about getting documents out to us to sign and were responsive to any questions that we had. We finalized our new home purchase just over a year ago and have been very happy. They even helped us find a wonderful seasonal renter for the first year! Thank you to Gracie and Greg and your team for everything!

I have long loved the area and have stayed in lots of homes on vacation, but I did not know exactly where I wanted to be. After seeing how dedicated Darci was to helping my mom find her house, I was excited to work with her for my own. My mom has not bought a home for over 35 years and was relatively new to the process since it had been so long. Like my mom, we were buying from a different city and that can be tricky when you don't drive past a spot everyday. Darci was so patient with us both and so knowledgeable about all the areas in Palm Desert, Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage. She was able to find us a property within 5 minutes driving distance of my mom's place, with a pool, no HOA and with mature landscaping! Darci is a great negotiator and was able to get us the home at the price we wanted, all while making a friend of the seller. The best part about working with Darci Hope and her team is how quick they are to respond. In this market, homes go so fast! She was able to get us in for a showing asap and wrote an offer for us the same day. I truly believe that is what sealed the deal for us on getting our perfect vacation home!! I can't believe how lucky we are and now that things are cooling off, I can't wait to sit in my pool for the holidays!! Thank you, Darci and team!!

Sandra Quinn is that realtor! Sandra took care of us with optimism, energy, incredible competence, local insight, empathy and patience. Like many buyers, I began my vacation home search by closely monitoring new listings on Zillow. While I looked at many properties, nothing ever seemed to come together. Eventually, I reached out to Sandra, and that decision quickly led to an opportunity I never would have found on my own. Once we decided to make an offer, I assumed that with 42 years of sales experience, I would be calling the shots. Boy, was I wrong--in the best possible way. Sandra was masterful in her relationship with the seller's agent, and every potential obstacle was addressed quickly and professionally. Her experience and negotiation skills were invaluable throughout the process. After our offer was accepted, I was introduced to the Sandra Quinn Team. Escrow closed quickly, and the entire team went above and beyond to welcome us to our new home. I can't say enough about Joan Adams, Sandra's sister. The transition of the home was handled so smoothly, and they made the entire process easy, especially since we were living out of town. It was truly seamless. The home we purchased had a couple of years' worth of deferred maintenance, and we were eager to move in quickly to enjoy the final months of spring. Sandra and her team introduced us to several contractors who exceeded our expectations. Every one of them responded promptly--often the same day or within 24 hours. Not only were they highly skilled in their trades, but they were also friendly, professional, and very reasonably priced. Overall, this was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend Sandra Quinn and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Palm Springs. Their professionalism, local knowledge, and commitment to their clients are second to none. I would never use anyone else in the Palm Springs area.
