We were told about 10 weeks ago that the claim had been sent to his clients insurance company's UM adjuster through Justin. Since then, there has been no meaningful update, no communication, and no visible progress. We've essentially been left in the dark. We were originally told that UM adjuster handling typically moves much faster than this, often with at least some response within a couple of weeks. Instead, we've had nothing but silence for over two months. Any attempts to get updates have resulted in vague or unhelpful responses, with no clear explanation for the delay. To be clear, our frustration is not with our attorney, who has been responsive and is doing their job. The problem is the lack of urgency, communication, and follow-through from Justin at Morgan & Morgan on the insurance coordination side. It feels like the file has been deprioritized or simply not pushed forward in any meaningful way. Overall, this delay and lack of communication has made an already difficult situation even worse, especially given the seriousness of the accident. We expected far more professionalism and accountability in moving a case like this forward.
