I called, was disconnected, called back, and they told me they weren' taking my case due to gap in medical treatment (a few weeks from the date of accident/Emergency room visit until I could get an appointment scheduled with a PT, not my fault there was a waiting list). The "rejection e-mail" had a man's name in it, not my name, so I assumed it was some sort of error. But no, it's just them unable to use e-mail and Calendly correctly, and inability to address customers with their actual names. Just as well, a law firms' ability to use modern technology and professionalism are important to me, so I may not have trusted them to take me on.

The bond payment instructions from this law office for people already under a lot of stress, will only add to it. They instruct you to go to the Bank Of America in the Burlington Mall and get your bank check. Yet , they probably don't realize you actually need an account there to get one. Then spend over an hour to try and open it. Only to be instructed to go to the ICE office down the road and speak to the "friendly" staff inside. Now, you are told after waiting hours and you are next and it is 2:30pm that they close at 3pm and there will be no time for you since it is not that simple of a drop off. The ICE office will direct you to the ICE Bonds QR code portal in which you can basically do it all on your own there. Never needing to waste time going to opening a bank and then going into one of the most vile places on earth, the ICE building. I was so disgusted that these instructions came from the law office. I would expect more from counsel. I hope they either fix it and or you read this and will find another option.
