Very disappointing experience -- I would not recommend this firm based on my experience…read more I hired Earley Law after I suffered a serious fall at a hotel. I tripped over a damaged and raised floor threshold, was unconscious for hours, was taken to the hospital, and ultimately required treatment at two hospitals. I suffered multiple broken ribs and significant facial injuries. I hired Earley Law to pursue a claim against the hotel. After approximately a year and a half of dealing with pain and, in my case, approximately $300,000 in lost commissions, I was told that the firm had negotiated a settlement of $25,000. I rejected that offer and told the firm that I wanted to proceed to court. I was then told that they would not take the case to trial. That was extremely disappointing to me. I had hired the firm to pursue my claim, and I expected them to be prepared to take the case to court if a reasonable settlement could not be reached. The financial outcome was particularly frustrating. After Medicare-related payments, attorney fees, and expenses, I ultimately received only about $7,000. Looking back, I am very disappointed with the outcome and with my experience with the firm. I feel that my case was not pursued in the manner I expected when I hired them. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Earley Law to someone seeking representation for a serious personal-injury claim. I believe prospective clients should understand that, in my experience, the case ended with a very small settlement and the firm was unwilling to take the matter to court.
