After reviewing the record she told me I had an excellent case. I was unsure about leaving work and thought about it until October when we went forward with an application for SSDI. Through the whole process Vitorria kept in touch even with a very busy schedule. She kept me from making wrong turns on several occasions. and met with me to go over paperwork and strategy. I was expecting a long struggle to get benefits - more than a year. With the help of Brooks Law and Vitoria I was just approved for benefits after 5 months. From exploring on line I though my chances of benefits on the first application were slim to none. Without Brooks law and their courtesy, caring, and help I know it probably wouldn't have gone as well. I am very grateful to Brooks Law and Vitoria, my hero. Nick Ridley

I had never been in a bad car accident before and a family member urged me to find a lawyer to represent me to make sure all my medical bills would be covered by the at fault driver's insurance. I asked around who was good and did some searching and did the free consultation with Brian Cunha. I felt at ease talking to him and he had successfully handled so many cases similar to mine. I also liked that he had staff to back him up because I did not want a lawyer where I would call and call and never hear back from them about my case. They handled everything and got me compensation for much more than just my medical bills. One area that I received compensation from was lost wages. When I tried to work with the insurance company myself I kept getting the run around and being told I needed to provide additional information after I had specifically asked them to tell me everything they needed from me. Getting the settlement was not instant, but my lawyer kept working on the case and I received the maximum amount as a settlement. I am very happy I used this personal injury law firm.
