Ron convinced my friend to take a settlement and I heard him on speaker phone say that if their was any issues with the settlement he would handle it. They very issues my friend was afraid of then arose. Settlement money was then illegally withdrawn and workers comp is denying coverage even though the settlement said they must continue payments. Ron then went back on his word and refused to help. My friend is continuing to suffer and now is fearful that he will continue to get screwed over when he seeks help. Not worth the money paid. If you want a firm that has absolutely no contact with you except to sign a fee agreement, then this is the one for you! Don't believe for a second they will contact you via email, call or even a text, you will have to always contact them and deal with paralegals (who are great and will sometimes get back to you), but the actual attorney "handling" your case, you will never speak to them. You will be doing all the research yourself on the SSD site to find out what is going on since they do not let you know. Stay clear of this firm, especially if you want to be updated and informed of things going on with your case. Look for a smaller firm with attorneys that will actually introduce themselves to you and follow up. read more

I reached out to the about taking my workers comp case. I was told that Brian Sullivan would be taking care of my case. A few weeks go by and I never hear from him so I called and asked that he call me and never heard back. Then a few weeks after that, I received an email asking me for my information so they can request my medical records. I think things are moving along but again, I don't hear from Attorney Sullivan. After calling a few more times and never hearing back from Attorney Sullivan, I told them I no longer wanted them to take up my case. It was a complete waste of my time calling them. read more

Let me start off by saying that i would have had given keches law group 5 strars if they hadn't of replaced my fiancé original worker's comp lawyer out with a new one. Robert was everything we could have hoped for. He was compassionate about his job, he showed empathy in regards to my fiancée needs, and he was prompt in regards to responding to our questions and concerns. Unfortunately, for one reason or another Robert was unable to finish my fiancée case and was switched, without notice, to a one Matthew w. Gendreau. Since this switch, my fiancée case was brought to a halt and his payments ceased with no explanation. Matthew had, at the utmost, replied to a few emails my fiancée had sent voicing his concerns about payments that have been ceased and in which direction or what action we should take next. My fiancée is now left in limbo while struggling both physically and mentally due to receiving very little to no help with his ailments . We are unsure of any steps that we shall take going forward from this point. He is in desperate need of council and it is heart wrenching for myself to sit idly by watching him suffer likes so. Should i suggest he obtain another lawyer in this particular practice or should i seek alternative council elsewhere?! I know this is a review but i am in need of advice on this matter. He is still calling and messaging Matthew, hoping for a response in which to no avail. Brian Sullivan initially contacted me back in June about my case. It was extremely difficult to communicate with him. He took a long time to answer emails. My return calls went to voice mail. Two weeks ago i was told he would be in the office a certain day and he would call me. He never did. Then the other day I received an email with documents to sign.
