Attorney Gratzer, in my experiences with him, treats people like he is better than them and we are wasting his time. He never should have taken a case he could care less about. The first case I hired him for was better than the last time. I actually referred him to friends and family after that. Never again. I was injured in a car accident (hit and run) resulting in broken bones and me requiring surgery, ultimately causing permanent nerve damage in my arm requiring me to take medication for the rest of my life. Fortunately, there were witnesses that got the plate number and the person that hit me was found. My initial contact with Attorney Gratzer for this case went well enough. I didn't know that I would not see or hear from him for the next 2 years, unless I called him, even then I rarely spoke with him, I spoke with his receptionist or paralegal. Ultimately, he got me a lot less than I anticipated and didn't even know that I had permanent nerve damage, asking me "who told you that". (I had gone to a surgeon that HE recommended). Perhaps arrogance is a good thing in a courtroom, but not when you are dealing with clients. The people I referred to him asked me why? They felt he was arrogant, rude, and disinterested. Bottom line - He sees you for your initial consultation and then to sign the papers in the end. If you want someone who is going to keep you up to date periodically on your case and fight to get you the best possible settlement, Attorney Gratzer is NOT the attorney for you. read more
