After the purchase was completed we found out from both our realtor and broker that there were some things he should have done but asked them to do, which they thought was odd but didn't want to hold up our process... from what I can tell he does the bare minimum needed to get paid by our ARAG program. We also needed some additional help with something after the sale because we couldn't get a hold of the seller's attorney and he said he would reach out and make some calls and then never got back to us and is just ignoring our calls and emails. Others might have a good experience, however I feel he is just in it to get your money for the least amount of work needed.
