Throughout the process he consistently kept in good communication, and I always felt well informed of how the process was going. Attorney Gluck and his team never failed to answer my emails or calls within a day. He set realistic expectations for me at the outset, never over promising, and clearly explained his reasoning while advising me on the best course of action. Attorney Gluck was thoughtful and creative in his approach to helping me get the compensation I was seeking, and I believe his strategy and diligent research made it difficult for the other parties to disagree with our positions. He personally interviewed all the witnesses, capturing all the details, leaving no stone unturned. Once we got to the arbitration process, attorney Gluck was focused and extremely skilled at dismantling the other parties' arguments with facts. He was clearly well prepared and communicated with me weeks ahead so that I was too. Finally, attorney Gluck is someone I personally enjoyed working with and getting to know. He was always warm, considerate, and dedicated to my case. In a difficult time, it was great to have an attorney I felt I could put my full trust in.

By the way, we met with another attorney before we decided to work with Jeffrey, and were told we didn't have a case! Outstanding Personal Injury Attorney! Sweeney Merrigan Law is the right choice…read more I highly recommend Pete Merrigan and the entire team at Sweeney Merrigan Law, LLP, including Senior Paralegal Heather Salter. After speaking with many attorneys in the Boston area, Pete came highly recommended by a large firm. From the moment I signed on, I knew I had made the right choice. His heritage clearly shows. With his father having served as a judge, Pete carries a genuine sense of fairness that comes through in consistent actions, not just words. People often say the most important thing is having full access to your attorney. In my experience, that proved true. Pete and Heather were calm through the ups and downs of medical treatment. Injuries can make even neutral updates land differently, which is why having an attorney with steadiness and positivity matters so much. Pete's communications were always reassuring, no matter the topic. He has an incredible ability to see situations in a balanced, constructive way that kept everything grounded. He is incredibly detail-oriented and caught things others might have missed, while still maintaining a clear view of what mattered most. Despite my own limited conditions at times, they followed up diligently and truly steered the ship. Their steady presence made a real difference, not just legally, but in moving forward with real support during a challenging period. After many months of working together, I can say with confidence that Sweeney Merrigan Law was the right choice. Their reputation in Boston is well deserved. They deliver results with integrity, professionalism, steadiness and genuine humanity. If you are looking for a personal injury attorney who fights hard, stays calm under pressure and truly cares about you as a person, this is the firm. Thank you to Pete, Heather and the entire team. I am very grateful.

I was switched to Attorney Greenstein and Jen and I couldn't be happier! They are exceptional and I wish I was assigned to them from the start. We are nearing a settlement for my first case. We are working on a new case now and I requested Atty Greenstein to stay as my attorney. I know I will receive the best results/outcomes with this team. I am grateful.
