The options he presented were given to me after listening to my issues. The spectrum provided gave me options depending how far I decided I wanted to go. There was no pressure to pursue an avenue that might have been best for his billable hours. He wanted to meet my needs to be happy with my issue. The best part about dealing with him is he was knowledgeable in all areas of the law yet also was up front on areas that he could best resolve or if was best to refer out to someone with a niche area in what was being discussed. Many lawyers will pretend to be able to do it all but really do not have the background or experience to handle some of what they are encountering. Working with Eric Soule I knew he was being fair and looking out for my best interests. He was also very cooperative to meet or talk at times that worked for my schedule when I could not discuss during regular business hours. I strongly recommend using his services for expertise and quality client attention to your needs.

During…read morethe meeting, it appeared that the materials had not been reviewed beforehand; much of the session involved thinking through calculations and ideas on the spot rather than presenting prepared guidance. As a result, the discussion felt unclear and disorganized. My father would have described the experience with a metaphor, saying the session reminded him of an "unmade bed"--haphazard and unfocused. We left with very little actionable information, and based on our experience, we would not recommend this service. After the session, my wife and I asked ourselves whether this was someone we would want our adult children to work with in the future. Our unanimous conclusion was that she was not the right fit for us. We also requested a partial refund, which she declined.

Marty has helped me and my wife with several real estate transactions over the last decade,…read moreincluding the purchase of our home and the sale of my wife's old condo. Both of these were relatively routine, but still nerve-wracking for real-estate novices like us. Marty ensured that the transactions went smoothly, and he did a great job dealing with various small issues that came up along the way. We also worked with him on a less routine transaction where our attempted home purchase failed because of an undisclosed title problem. Marty worked diligently to research the issue, and attempted to resolve it with representatives of the seller. When it turned out that the seller didn't precisely own the house she was trying to sell (long story!) he made sure that the details were taken care of to unwind the transaction and recover our deposit. Marty is committed to working closely with his clients, and went out of his way to keep lines of communication open while working with us. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for these types of services.
