The problem was diagnosed and he was honest enough to even tell me that there was no real problem after a slight adjustment was made. However we agreed due to the age of the original sump pump, replacing it was probably for the best. His prices are more than fair and the job was completed within 30 minutes. I highly recommend Bell & Sons Plumbing and will continue to use them when needed.

He gave me a quote on the phone (that was a comparable price) and promised someone would be out at 9 a.m. The guys were here at 8:37 a.m. to replace the water heater, which they did quickly. When they were turning the water back on, they said they thought water was on somewhere in the house and had me check my upstairs bathroom. Sure enough, the bathtub faucet was on and I couldn't turn it off. They fixed that, too, and were done before 10 a.m. Instead of running up my costs, they only did the repair work needed (replace the shower stem valve). Then, they gave me a 50% discount on that work and a small credit on the overall bill. I was VERY happy with the work and the cost. I will definitely use Trojan for my future plumbing needs. Thorough and quality job, friendly people, decent prices. Can't beat that!

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! Then, they totally ignored the issues on the home inspection report.

I have changed it before (over 20 yrs) but couldn't get the screw out and now the cartridge had slid around to where cold was hot and hot was cold. Didn't have the stones or parts to just start cutting things off and i live with 3 women who weren't going to put up with the only shower being out of order for long. Called Szabo plumbing around 5 pm on a friday night. The next morning Joe, from Szabo, sent me a text message and told me not to fear. No walls were going to be opened and he would take fine care of me. Even sent me pictures of other jobs he had done. He arrived about an hour later and had me kill the water to the house. About 45 minutes to maybe an hour later, I not only had a new cartridge installed, but also a new escutcheon plate, pull handle and a new fully functioning shower diverter. I paid for the work done, you can't get quality work and expect to pay discount prices. Joe's work was professional and beyond and trust me, Szabo plumbing and Joe's contact info got saved to my contact list. I now have a recommendation if someone asks me: "Do you know a good plumber?" Job well done Szabo Plumbing and Joe. Thanks, John and his 3 happy ladies.

We really appreciated a courtesy call ahead of the scheduled appointment. The guys showed up on time, had booties ready to go and generally took extra care to keep things neat, tidy and not scuff the walls or dirty up the floor (which sometimes happens.) The cost of the repair was clearly communicated as 2 possible options depending on the discovery, we got lucky and the cheapest option won! With that said, the crew didn't take any shortcuts and made sure that the task was completed properly and in a very timely manner. Bonus, when requested, they also gave us an on-the-spot estimate for future improvement work. Very reasonable and no surprises. Looking forward to future projects and service calls. I think we may have found our new plumbing service!

I think an adjustment in what I paid was appropriate; the business disagreed. I lodged a complaint with the BBB, but the problem wasn't satisfactorily resolved. Walsh & Son offered a $100 credit for a future call. After this experience it's most unlikely I'd use them again. I wouldn't buy an appliance or a car with an obvious defect and don't think water heaters should have them. I'd suggest potential customers tread carefully.

I needed to have my service water valves replaced since they were leaking and I could not have my…read morenew washer hooked up unless I got this fixed. Troy did come over the next morning after I called and was here about 10 minutes and replaced the valves for $185. The next day my washer was installed and water was leaking from the right valve. I texted Troy with a picture of it and was told to use a wrench to tighten it. I did not have the kind of wrench he used and the wrench I had left a few scratch marks on the bolt but the leak stopped. This leak should not have happened from a plumber and he should have checked his work. This is why plumbers charge more for their services. Do not recommend.
