So it's obvious he has major paranoia issues & doesn't trust anyone coming in the store unless they're related or friends. What terrible business practices he's getting away with discriminating customers, and a hostile shopping experience by harassing customers with piercing intimidation. 2nd time was our last time. Even though they have a good selection, we rather go where customers are valued as well as respected and not treated like criminals ready to steal. But I also saw some of the newer and hard to get bourbon bottles on their regular shelves at good prices but here's the kicker, not only do you pay the state & the liquor tax but they also have a service fee. So the next thing you know, is that a bottle that should have cost you $80 almost comes out to around $100. So, I'm not so sure if I will shop here again especially since we now have total wine & more in Redlands.

Ex: During a rush, I'm used to seeing available staff head to the registers to ring people up and bag their groceries so the lines go quickly and don't back up. I've been in a few times where that hasn't happened and it feels weird waiting in a longer line at TJs. By and large though, the staff is great. They'd be A++ at Albertsons but I hold TJs staff to a higher standard. So not *really* an issue, just me being fussy.
