This place one is a HUGE waste of money. 5 rides that all do the same thing. Go in a circle but are different animals or items such as planes or dogs etc. we went to the Glendale location and spent $75. They charge $9 for parents and $40 for children to go on 7 rides? Parents should be free as we cannot ride anything. The Glendale location on October 12th, the rides kept shutting down over and over again. With children on the rides. The bounce houses kept deflating with children in them over and over and over again. It's a huge safety hazard. When brought to management attention, we asked for them to refund us and we waited and didn't leave and over and over for over an hour we asked and waited to Talk to a manager for a refund. She came up with excuse after excuse over and over. Said children were too Safety but they weren't taking the kids off rides when they broke down and the continued to let children jump in the bounce houses knowing the mother board has gone out and they had to keep jumping the generations. Then they didn't even let anyone in lines know that the rides were breaking down and the manager tried to say that their number one priority was safety? I do not understand why they are letting people in still? We let people know as much as we could. Some pissed off customer starting yelling about how they are charging people for broken rides and finally people started to clear out and managers finally started refunding. We got there at 645, my kids rode rides for a few until they started breaking down and we asked for a manager at 720 and didn't leave until 845 with the refund. It took them forever to finally take us seriously and refund us. By the time we left there was a huge crowd of people also waiting for a refund. They could have 100% avoided that if they were honest with people that the rides were not running that night. The best part of this night was the funnel cakes, cooked to perfection and fresh. If you go recommend getting on the GA and maybe a couple of tickets being lines are so long you might not even want to wait. Waste of money! Cost $5/person for entrance and then you have to buy tickets for rides and games. $1/ticket and each game/ride is about $5 which can add up quick. You can also pay $30 for unlimited rides but there weren't that many rides. The only thing included was a very small maze and at the end you get to take home a mini pumpkin. There was a row of bounce houses and we thought ok at least the kids can spend some time in but they end up kicking you out after like 10 mins. We got through the place very quickly because it was so small and ended up going to Scheels. It was a lot more fun and free! Save your money for something else! read more

This was such a fun experience for my son and I. I was immediately impressed with what they're doing with covid, guy checks your temperature before you go in. There's hand washing. Stations by the food court because I'll be honest some of them rides did look pretty dirty but I was impressed to see that every employee was sanitizing and wiping down every ride that was used. My only con was I didn't see anyone sanitizing the bounce houses. The employees were great with the kids, so friendly. They do take visa and American Express. I am a part of the AZ Dane Army and we brought about 12 Great Danes and other dogs along with our families to Halloween town. We had a wonderful time! They had a puppy patch set up for all the dogs, bowls of fresh water and even brought us pup cups from Starbucks. The food was yummy, the staff was incredibly inviting and friendly and they had so many cute decorations and fun things to do. I would highly recommend going. read more

My family of 5- drove about 45 mins to come: me , my husband and 3 children attended on 10/23. This place is for children max age 6. I have a 10 year old, 8 year old and 6 year old. The rides featured were more for children aged 3-5. My oldest kids enjoyed the tallest "super slides" the most. The "snack" line where you could get shaved ice, pop corn or drink was a mile long due to them losing internet connection. Once the internet connection was back up and running for the 2nd time it seemed to go smoother. The "food court" was a complete joke. They need better organization and communication skills - they had a line waiting because the cooks couldn't keep up with the orders (I'd say approximately 15 people working the grills, fryers and food prepping.) Once we finally were able to order our food - the funnel cakes were burnt, the fries were soggy, and the chicken tenders were as hard as a brick. Needless to say we threw it away and left. The only functional thing at Halloween Town is the pumpkin patch, easy process- walk in pick your pumpkin and pay. As for the food court, kiosks and rides don't come with high expectations, because you will be let down like our family was. read more

The entire staff is very professional and friendly to everyone! That is so important. There was quite a line by the time we arrived at 7:00pm. It was a last minute let take the kids to do something. Located in the Paradise Valley Mall parking lot. It was 15.00 for 2 adults and 2 toddler. 20.00 for 25 tickets. 3 tickets per ride or a wrist band.. The entrance was in the back and it was quite a long line. It took about 20 minutes to get in. I am a germophobe and my mom is super high risk with COPD and heart disease. We social distance with her so we are extra careful. We wore our masks, They have hand washing stations all around. All employees wear masks. We felt fine doing our part to stay safe. We do not worry about what others do. If you are even more picky than myself then this may not be the place for you. Cleaning after each kiddy ride isn't consistent depending who's running the rides. I carry hand sanitizer in my purse and again there are hand washing stations as well. We avoided the bounce houses. Our little ones walked through the free mini kiddie hay maze, rode 4 rides and we took a couple of pictures by thr pumpkins. It was nice to get out and do something a little special for the them. The employee in the photo i am posting is amazing. Standing in several lines for rides, we watched him make sure everyone stayed back and waited their turns so he could make sure people got on amd off the ride safely and were buckle in. He worked with the kids and families so professionally dealing with tickets and communicating so positively even at the end of the night. Dancing clapping and cheering with the kids on the rides. Being consistent and cleaning everything between every change over of riders. Guiding and leading another employee what to do so kindly and explaining things. Again all employees were super nice. Do not waste your money the pictures are completely misleading they have 4 small bounce houses and only 6 other small rides and some games a small maze and about 6 vendors. There was 7 of us that went we purchased the admission and 10 ride tickets per person that totaled $115 they failed to tell us each ride is 4 tickets wich left 2 credits on each and they refused to combine them so the kids could ride more and use up the credits so we left with a total of 14 unused credits that we paid for. Also we had to go to manager 3 times because our wrist bands with the the credits showed we had no credits so manager added them to our bands and it still didn't work we just got frustrated and left. What a waste of money never again. The manager and some of the employees tried to be accommodating but some of the ride operators were very rude and refused to even try to offer a solution for the credits we paid for read more

This was a truly disgusting experience. The photos on Yelp, Google, and the event website are not accurate at all. Incredibly small, tight space. Imagine 100s of sad fenced in cattle swimming in clouds of dust. That is what people looked like at this place. The rides were rickety, the lines were long, the pumpkins were rotten, and there are no words to describe that parking situation. Truly no words. I hope my honest review helps others to not waste their time attempting to come here. There are so many other pumpkin patches around Arizona that do at least a decent job. This is not one of them. This is a fun place for kids under 10. My kids had a blast. Plan on spending more than 5 dollars.

It took over 30 minutes after they opened to enter due to issues with payments taking place. When you leave, there is a dirt road exit with foot deep potholes that scrape the bottom of your car if you have a sedan (happened to everyone in our party). The place is overly expensive and has literally zero halloween decorations.It's just an excuse for a terribly overpriced fair to attract those looking for Halloween festivities. The photos are not accurate, they've relocated to a small grounds which is terribly overcrowded. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. I'd advise heading to Mother Nature's farm in Gilbert which is a MUCH better experience. They state that there is a mask requirement and if you don't have one you're asked to leave. 90% of people didn't wear one and no one batted an eye. All that being said, if old and gross pumpkins are your thing, you find yourself loving long lines and delays to enter places, truly love offroad sedan driving, then you've found quite the event. read more

Sigh ..... I really wanted to like this place but they had major issues with their payment processing machines which backed everything up and delayed every thing from the entrance and food. The bounce house deflated while kids were still inside playing. The whole place was a circus all the staff were clowns . They have various food options like cheeseburgers, hot dogs, corn dogs, French fries but they didn't have any ketchups? The rides comes with a caution and is at your own risk. Red flags everywhere. We had such a great time to our visit to Halloween Town this year. This review is overdue but better late than never! My daughter is a year and half and there was a lot for her to do and enjoy from the crafting table to the bounce houses. You get 5 free tickets for writing a review, and they tried to force me to give a 5 star review when it deserved 3 at best. Ticket lady threw a fit when I showed her the 3 star review. So now instead of getting a 3 star, they get a 1 star. Was not trying to be difficult, but I think other parents who are trying to budget and figure out what to spend their $ on should know the truth. Every worker (besides 1 lady at the front gate) had the WORST attitude. No point in buying tickets ahead of time, you wait in the same line as everybody else. Attendant at the bouncy house was so grumpy and just yelled "ok times up, get your kids and get out!" When the 5 minutes was up. For a $5 admission it should include SOMETHING but you literally just pay to enter to then pay for every single thing. Every ride, face painting, and pumpkins cost additional money. The cheapest ride is $3 unless you buy the wristband. Not worth ever going back to. read more

Ironically, this was a really relaxing time amongst a crowd. There is plenty to do and enjoy for several hours of fun. The staff was amazing and so very kind to kiddos and parents alike, they seem to truly enjoy bringing an awesome experience to everyone. Safety and customer service were their priority and the family that organized this event are incredibly invested in providing an memorable experience for young kiddos. I am high function special needs and I been working at Halloween Town punkin patch since Thursday last week and I gotta say they treat me like family I get to be my fun wacky self wearing all my amazing funny wigs dancing with the kids making sure they have a good time and making sure the adults have a amazing fun time and I love all the amazing employees who work with me without them we wouldn't have this amazing event and Fara my boss is by far my favorite boss I ever had she amazing very caring and sweet and she did a amazing job making this big event happen and she told me all the good compliments from all the parents phone calls from parents talks with the parents of all the hard work I put in I feel very appreciative for all the fun work I put in which I don't get much at all this is huge for me I love everyone and they love me I still remember when one of the employees wear there Scooby-Doo mask and I gave him 2 pom poms and he walked around dancing like crazy laughed my head off rofl and another fun moment was doing a dance off with another employee that was so much fun and another good time was I was able to return a person tickets back to them and then the next day I helped someone return there money back to them I'm so glad I was able to return there stuff back to them and then the ironic part happened someone tipped me $20 for dancing with the kids and being my fun self I was shocked and it definitely showed how appreciative of me for dancing with the kids making sure they have a amazing time and that what I did all the kids had a amazing time and today I kicked it to the next level even more pom poms and wigs tomorrow im going all in especially on my last day on Friday this will always no Matter what be my all time favorite job cause I get to be my fun true self and that means the world to me especially since I get to bring my wigs and wear them and change them out depending what song is playing and fara my boss and been 100% for it and in gonna say this agsin she is amazing and I really hope to see you all see me at Halloween Town Pumpkin Patch I will be at the fun house for 2 more days and I hope to see you there so i can dance with your kids and make sure they have a fun time also definitely get the ride wrist band you will get your money's worth :) and come at opening when its not as busy all the employees want to bring Disneyland to Arizona and that's exactly what we did we brought it to az in our own fun way and we couldn't do it without them so please yell and tell them how appreciative you are of them it will make there day in the end we doing this for the kids and that's exactly what where doing :) Little about me I am high function special needs and I am also caregiver for speical needs adults and kids and also a energy healer and do hypnosis I love to wear wacky costumes especially at Phoenix mercury games which I was able to see one of my friends yesterday who seen me at the game and we had a fun time my mom is battling stage 4 breast cancer and bone cancer and right now we're barely making it but thanks to this job I should almost have enough money for rent read more
