I wasn't to for sure at first because that's the last thought I needed to jump to, but the same exact worker I just saw in one location of the store with me was now in the same new location of the same store with me. She was pretending to straightened things up, but not exactly touching anything. Now gazing in my direction every now and then. So I moved about the store, found what I needed and to my surprise there she was again standing there now looking right at me. So this time I looked her in her face to assure her I wasn't stealing anything. If that's what she was thinking. After all everyone else was on the other side of the store. I can't make my self look anymore harmless than I do. I go into stores of this nature on alert to make sure no one feels threatened because of my skin color. Needless to say as much as I loved this store because I shop here EVERY YEAR! For my party business and my job. I don't want the uncomfortable feeling because of my skin color or make anyone uncomfortable because of my skin color. So I won't be shopping any of the locations again. I didn't purchase what I needed. I gave the cashier the items I had and told her I didn't like being followed around the store.

On the day of my party, Mickey started late, could barely see out of the costume, was inaudible, and completely unable to engage the children. When I look back at the video footage, I get even angrier at the lack of energy that Mickey displayed at my son's birthday. Mickey didn't even stay for the full hour. The children were bored and uninterested. To make matters worse, Pam called me the night before the party to see if MY husband could buy batteries for HER stereo. Turns out my venue had outlets, but it didn't matter because the stereo did NOT work plugged in.

She called days in advance to confirm the time and venue. This sets my mind at ease knowing that they remembered my event date, and I didn't have to call them to make the confirmation. After Princess Elsa left, the kids can't stop talking about the meet-up with Princess Elsa. I would hire them again for future parties.
