I needed a stair lift removed. My aunt passed away and we are preparing to sell her home. I called Lifeway Mobility and spoke with Tabitha. She was pleasant and knowledgeable, and told me the fee to remove the stairlift would be $215. We scheduled a date and time. The technician, Luis, called me when he was on his way, he arrived promptly, was very nice and friendly, and had the stairlift out of the house in 15 minutes. I paid him, he emailed a receipt, and was on his way. I could not have asked for a better experience, and highly recommend Lifeway Mobility.

Unlike my experience with many of their competitors, Octopus promptly answered my call and provided a very reasonable quote. The service was scheduled for a few days later and the movers arrived promptly, loaded the truck and delivered/unpacked everything within the two hour window (1 hour 57 minutes!) I was targeting. They even reassembled the table for me. Both movers were polite and efficient. From what I understand, the company is based in Massachusetts and has recently branched out to the Providence/Newport area. I hope that they will be successful here. The movers made contact when they were en route to my location, and showed up on time. All three of the movers introduced themselves, and post my tour of what they needed to move, they went to work. Our move was sizeable 3bd apt in a house to a 2bd smaller townhouse. They disassembled, reassembled, and arranged furniture in the most effective configuration. They were real people who truly cared about the job they did. They also understood how stressful moving is. My move took 6 hours and they were moving the entire time.
