Brian was the technician assigned to the job, and he was outstanding. The installation required running multiple cables through the attic in nearly 90-degree Florida weather, yet he worked efficiently and completed the entire installation flawlessly in just a few hours. Brian was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to ensure everything was installed properly and functioning as expected. The quality of his work was excellent, and the finished product looks great. I came through Florida for a few days for an experiment we are conducting out of FLL airport, and needed some emergency computer parts. They were nice enough over the phone to say they were going to look through their spare electronics and computers to see if they could salvage the part. They texted me 10 minutes later with a picture of the part next to a ruler so I could see if it was the right size. I went in and bought it for a very fair price. I'm glad they were there and wish I could get service like this from people like this from other companies. Btw, they saved our experiment.

I used Yelped to help figure out what I needed for my 1300 sq house. It's a small home and I…read morethought well, maybe I can just run wires through it because my WiFi is trash. It could be I'm using the internet providers modem, but for the amount I was paying... on a good day... I would say over WiFi I was getting less 4th of the speed with interment drops. I work from home and at this point people were suspecting that I was just leaving calls because I didn't want to be in them. Zeekhelp responded immediately through Yelp and book time for the following week. When Isaac arrived, he gave me the run down on doing a mesh WiFi system, educated me on how the system works, gave me hacks and general tips about internet configuration. No running of wires and my speed is so much better and the connectivity has been on point. Any household that has anyone working from home needs to get their connectivity evaluated to ensure no drops. Please do so and I do recommend Zeekhelp. Now, I won't be the joke of the virtual office.

I wanted a simple project to place run Ethernet cables inside the wall. He quoted me for the install labor and materials. When he arrived there several hidden problems i was not aware of with the construction of my older home. Not only was Issac patient with me and friendly, he did not pause for a moment to crawl around in my attic to find the proper solution. He was not looking for the easy way, he took his time to do it the right way. A 45 minute job grew to 2 hours and the price I was quoted from the start never changed even if the work doubled. He stood by his price and I have no doubt he will stand by his work. Site was cleaned up as if he wasn't even there. I will be hiring him for a larger project in future.

I thought he would be apologetic about the phone call Saturday and try to rectify it but no! He was talking so fast I didn't know who he was because he was angry and yelling at me. I had to yell at him to tell him to slow down and say who he is. He told me to calm down and he'll tell me one more time that I better take down the bad review that I posted Saturday. Threatening me!! I figured out who he was when he said that and I said "oh you're the one from the phone call the other night"! So I told him "yes I wrote it because that phone call was rude". He then proceeded to say "oh you want to play"? So I said "yea I'll play and told him to F off" and hung up the phone. He called me again I didn't answer. What a stalker that threatens people over a bad review. Maybe learn some customer service, phone etiquette and bedside manners lol and you won't get a bad review.
