Since we were PCSing during a non-PCS time of the year and my husband was finally coming home from a year long deployment it was now up to him to get perspective tenants interested in our home in a short amount of time. Mr. Coleman helped us fill out tax forms for our property, gave us tips on what to change about the house to make it more appealing and with our particular situation he worked with us in order to get our house on the market. Here name out, this people are professional and licensed cheaters and also day time robbers. One example is that they will take your security deposit money for no or little reason. They detained our security deposit for nothing. It does not matter whether you had a professional cleaners cleaning the place on our exist. These people will use old dirty pictures they had in file to use as a reason for detaining your security deposit. They exactly did that to us. The owner uses his "service" in the Air Force as an enticing mechanism. But he does not represent the good people in service. He has no ethics. It is un American that he uses the good name of our service men to take advantage of unsuspecting honest customers. Run away fast, if you are considering to give them a chance to do business. Week one- mold found in pantry, bathroom downstairs over flowed. Week 2- bathrooms upstairs got stopped. Causing backup and leaking to kitchen ceiling. Ceiling fell down. We're 3 months in and still have issues. Electical , plumbing, etc. No one responds. I have to call everyday to get update. Property manager Ashley makes excuses and doesn't follow through like she says she will. It's been a nightmare. It's affected my work as when you call Customer Service all they tell you is "I am so sorry, my deepest apologies... " but have no way of helping you because all they can do is take on your message and pass it on to the property manager that doesn't do anything. When I have asked repeatedly for a supervisor of the property manager to call me it has been over a month and no one has responded to me. I keep having to be at home for these contractors that have no idea what the last contractor did because they keep changing who is coming over to do the work. Most unprofessional and incompetent company to date. BEWARE. DO NOT RENT from them. They don't care this house was not ready to be moved in and now we are stuck. AGAIN DARWIN PROPERTIES WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD'VE, BUT THERE IS NO SUCH THING THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR.
