The bath vent install was OUTRAGEOUS! It was not connected…read moreto the attic vent. Even worse, it was filled with drywall chalk dust that was spraying into the bathroom when the heater was on. I had this verified by a local professional company which provided me with photos. I could not trust Rylynn to fix it, so I had it replaced by the other company and asked Rylynn to refund the money. Rylynn refused at first (with insults about my integrity) and finally offered to refund the money if I signed a legalese release. Having lost all confidence in the integrity of Rylynn (some details follow), I offered a reasonable revision of the release which Rylynn refused. Some details: The whole bath remodel experience was long and agonizing, and I am only including two things here. 1. The Rylynn workers lied when they told me the debris was cleaned up from my crawl space. 2. Rylynn workers returned (2-3 times) to fix a water leak I found in the crawl space. They finally fixed it when my son told them what to do. I am an old man who knows what it means to show respect to others. Also, I am a veteran and know how to do a good job. Note: I posted this on 1-20-26. the job was done about May 2025.

I called Ohio Valley C&P, they were working on another job, but said they'd be out as soon as they could. They arrived sooner than anticipated. They were so nice and professional and had the faucet replaced in no time. They charged, what I considered, a very fair price - especially in comparison to what I have been charged for previous plumbing jobs. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend this company.

Recently my commode wouldn't stop running. I fiddled with the flapper recently installed by a…read moreplumber, and that didn't help. So I called the Nexair plumbing division of the company who installed my HVAC last summer. The young man came, determined it was the "fill valve" and stated the cost would be $350.00. I wrote the check knowing I was being cheated. The fill valve is a $15 part (per Home Depot). He spent 15 minutes doing the job. Also, he kept dallying wanting to stay in my house as i kept trying to lead him to the door. Later, i saw him parked outside my house AGAIN! I think he was racking up time for the outrageous charge. I contacted the company and asked for a supervisor to call me and explain the charge. I received no call. I wrote all of this and submitted to the WV attorney general. Nothing will come of it, but I'm disgusted. Senior citizens are vulnerable.

Immediately sent us a bill, which we promptly paid. Didn't hear from them again for weeks so called and left several messages. No response. We then went to their store. Was told part was back ordered but they expected it soon. More weeks went by with no contact from Pool Kleen. Started calling again, got more excuses, apologies and promises that the repairs would be made soon. They then - finally - came and replaced the motor and told us hot tub was good to go. First time we tried to use the hot tub, we discovered they had removed the control panel, leaving us with no way to turn the hot tub on, adjust temperature, etc. We immediately tried to contact them but it took weeks before we could talk to an actual person who said they would order a new control panel. More weeks went by, more excuses and promises. They finally told us to order the control panel ourselves and that they would install it. We ordered it and received it within a few days. Took Pool Kleen weeks to come and install it. (and this was after multiple promises that someone was coming " today" or "tomorrow" but no one would show up or call us to say no one was coming and we would have to start the whole process of trying to contact them again.). Control panel was finally installed and we were again told hot tub was good to go. It wasn't. The water was not heating. We immediately called and was told they would talk to the technician who had installed the control panel to see what the problem was and would call us back the "next day." That was over 2 months ago. Have not heard anything else despite multiple voice mails. emails and texts. Almost one year later and hot tub still not working properly. Giving them 1 star because 0 stars not an option.
