What really caught my attention about Healthy Dental was the sign on the window that read, "Walk-ins Welcomed!" So, that's exactly what I did! The decor was very nice, modern. The office was neat, clean and organized. The waiting room was designed with an open concept, plenty of natural light and a designated 'play area' for the children. The office was also scented with a subtle hint of calming aromatherapy. I Loved it! The staff are pleasant, and professional. The technology used was the most modern I'd ever seen; considering my former Dentist had been practicing the last 48 years, with office furniture that fit nicely on the set of the Brady Bunch, not to mention the Norman Rockwell paintings, but I digress. *This is not a criticism, simply an observation. Every exam room at Healthy Dental has it's own flat-screen TV (a sweet distraction!) At the time of this review, there are two Dr.s running this office: Dr. Aftab & Dr. Assetta. Once you get past their collective youthful appearances, and realize they are in fact the Dr.'s and not interns; your experience will only get BETTER from there. They both have a very gentle, easy going way of working with patients. They are customer focused, knowledgeable and engaging. These were just a few of the attributes I wanted someone who is skilled at using power tools in my mouth to have! I've only been a patient of this practice for 6 days now, and I am genuinely pleased with the service I've received. I'm actually looking forward to my follow-up visit in a few days! ~Keep Smiling!

Proceeded to put me on hold to 3. Finish typing out her work on the computer. I know because she didn't actually put me on hold, just threw the phone down and I heard all the typing. Then after 6+ minutes, she picked up the phone and hung it up... So I call back and had to give her all the information I just told her minutes before. " I am calling to reschedule my appt" her: "What is your name?" I give her my name... and then she says " ok, you're all set." Ma'am. We didn't reschedule anything yet. Pay attention to the customer calling on the phone and put your work to the side for a second. This happened every time I called, so then they gave the option of texting the office. Great! But they don't answer the text for days. You have to send multiple texts. Their ortho work is good but that front office staff needs customer service training. It's really bad.
