Staff was very friendly and checked me out at the cash no problem. There weren't too many people dining in when I arrived. When I got to my destination to eat my take out (about only a 5 minute ride away), I did notice that both my fish and chips were on the soggier side, perhaps of the ride home and how it was packaged. Put into a box and wrapped in paper. The haddock and chips were okay in my opinion, but they didn't give any ketchup, vinegar or condiments with my order which was a tad odd and maybe what was lacking in the meal itself. Overall, I'd suggest dining in over getting take out to keep things on the fresher, crispier side.

They also offer breakfast poutine (pictured below) which are tater tots topped with cheese, green peppers and hollandaise sauce - a bit too rich for my liking but definitely tasty. Their pan bread is a guilty pleasure with soft, pan baked bread sitting in a delicious mix of garlic butter, some herbs and grated parm. Yum! Their wings were on the small side but fried well with the accompanying dipping sauces (med Buffalo and ranch for the veggie sticks). It was exactly what you would expect. The last Friday we ordered was haddock and salad, I forgot to take the picture of this one. But it was such a great light dinner for a late night meal with friends. For dessert we ordered the bread pudding, which was shared by all. I do not regret one bit of ordering this incredibly rich dish. They claimed it will be returned after. They have not returned the deposits after multiple requests. If they had no intention of returning deposits, they should not be collecting them in the first place. Having patrons asking and requesting for it a week after the restaurant visit and not receiving the deposit back is unacceptable. There's plenty of wonderful restaurants in the City. Save yourself the headache and just go elsewhere.
