After waiting 9 days for an appointment to service and repair my bike. I take it in, for nothing to happen to it for 3 hours. Then told my appointment is being changed to the 11 March. Unacceptable customer service.
when I asked why it wasn't repaired, I've had a string of different excuses. First, they couldn't find the bike that I dropped off with staff. Second, the appointment had to be moved as the parts were (this is the best bit) in store. And lastly that it was a inspection to see what work needed doing. Already had that.
