I've always found them to be the cheapest in the area and they carrry a huge stock of parts and if they haven't got it they can generally get it the next day. They also keep a good stock of all those annoying clips, washers, o rings etc that always stop you from finishing the job. They also make up brake pipes while you wait. On confronting the owner he said I've done wheel bearing but other needs doing (alarm bells start ringing a garage that makes work to earn more money) the owner wasn't interested in fixing my car but for more money which I refused and then he told me to get out of the shop and not come back . I have spoken to 4 other garages who have today told me I have been RIPPED off as a bearing costs maximum £100 fitted so more money ive wasted all customers BEWARE that the service you pay for is the service you get because I certainly didn't will never use these again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone stay well clear of these they will soon be on the tv as rogue traders!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I tried to elaborate that they are rubber O-rings that are safe to use with fuel to be told they don't sell them. No attempt to look them up or see if they could maybe be ordered. Seriously how can a motor factors not know what O-rings are or be able to supply them? Ordered them online instead, why bother trying to support local businesses when this is the level of "service" they provide.
