No-one likes having an MOT but it has to be done and it might as well be done by a bunch of pleasant, helpful guys like this. If I were to be very picky I could mention that the refreshment machines were out of order but,…read morehey, this is a garage and I came here for an MOT not a snack. The MOT was booked on a groupon voucher so it was cheap and brought me to ATS which isn't my normal go to for car stuff. The staff were polite and efficient and dealt with the car quickly while I waited. There was no 'hard sell' of extras and unnecessary repairs which are often a part of using chain garages. I left a happy man

I took my car with all its problems to Motor Marque and they did confirm that some of the problems did indeed need taking care but others were not necessary. This garage just seems to tell it like it is, I recently took my car in the a slight clicking noise while manoeuvring and was told that the problem would either cost me £110 to repair or £20 for the half hour it took to look it over. They told me that the problem could wait at least till my next MOT and maybe longer depending on how much i drive. Every time I've taken my car here it's come back sparky clean, it's valeted as far as i can tell no matter what they do. The pricing is pretty standard for a non dealer garage about £55 an hour, maybe a little more than a back street garage but not much. I keep going back so I'm speaking with my wallet.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming; they are helpful and have a high standard of customer care. They kept me informed of all the stages of the repair. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and definitely not condescending to the female species. They have a really comfortable seating area if you need to wait with refreshments available. I have AA car warranty policy and they were more than accommodative to deal with the paper work. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone.

Had my first ever wash & valet service done last week simply to save myself a lot of time that day. Ironically, I spent 3.5 hours at this garage instead. When I was ready to leave I reached to get my sat nav out of glove box (for directions to my next destination) and it was gone! I only had it in my hand 15 minutes earlier. Had to get police involved because it couldn't be sorted out. Very very disappointed and sad realisation how little you can trust people nowadays. First and last time I'll be using a car wash garage.
