No-one likes having an MOT but it has to be done and it might as well be done by a bunch of pleasant, helpful guys like this. I was lucky as I got a special promotion by booking on-line so my MOT was half price. (Pity the car didn't pass though)

The MOT was booked on a groupon voucher so it was cheap and brought me to ATS which isn't my normal go to for car stuff. The staff were polite and efficient and dealt with the car quickly while I waited. There was no 'hard sell' of extras and unnecessary repairs which are often a part of using chain garages. I left a happy man

It was a work colleague who recomended I give Prestige Tyres 2 U a call. I got several quotes and Prestige Tyres 2 U were the lowest quote of all. Lower than than the big national tyre sites. They arrived on time and carried out replacing my car tyres where I usually park. The service was excellent and all my wheels and tyres got checked and cleaned even though I only had 2 tyres replaced. I would highly recomend using this company especially any single females who feel vulnerable and a target for being ripped of, the guy who owns the business is the guy who changes your tyres and he is as honest as they come a really nice guy, I will always use Prestige Tyres 2 U from now on and I have already recomended them to my family, friends and work mates. Booked in my Audi A3 for a carbon clean on the exhaust system due to symbols appearing on my cars…read moredashboard. Craig explained in detail what the process involved and what I should expect in terms of improved performance and fuel economy once completed. After connecting to the cars systems to diagnose any faults the car was hooked up to the carbon cleaning machine. The whole process took about an hour from start to finish. Once behind the wheel the car immediately felt more responsive in both low and high gears with significantly less rattles coming from the engine especially upon start up from cold. The warning lights eventually disappeared once the system adapted to the clean. Total cost was £79 which is very competative compared to similar businesses offering this service. I will have no hesitation what so ever in having another clean with Mr Carbon Clean in 6-12 months time and would recommend to anyone to have it done from a preventative maintenance or performance perspective as it is significantly cheaper than the labour needed to replace damaged engine parts further down the line.
