They offer some plastic wrapped roses and all the other loose flowers to make a bouquet YOURSELF . Price savings...a DIY option. Similar to a grocery store...no one cuts or puts those in a vase there either. While Carlos might think any "monkey" could do what he expected, at certain hours of their business day the staff are high school girls with a couple hours a night to help out and aren't meant to be "designing". Certainly by his tone and word choice he was most likely very intimidating to them. If i had been there when this was happening I would have called him out for bullying these girls. When I want to grab that discount priced item I am getting that great price to do the work at home. When I want the long stem flowers created into a fantastic gift I realize I can have this done when the design staff is there...I got the impression that Carlos expected this shop and perhaps any other to have people there 24/7...that's ridiculous!!! He couldn't walk into a medical facility and have the receptionist give him a check up ... Felly's has a great reputation, and I always find that I receive that high level standard at this shop ...I want my flowers made into a design by someone who excels at design...and I certainly know these young ladies all have different roles in their shop.
