SCAM *PLEASE BE WARNED* DO NOT MAKE SAME MISTAKE I DID- scammed out of $1300!!!…read more I was charged $1300 dollars for a move in/out clean. Paid extra for windows and walls to be cleaned and washed. Not even a basic clean was performed. I asked for a refund multiple times and they charged me the full amount regardless and said no refunds per their policy. The manager I spoke with on the phone kept trying to speak over me and had nothing to say to any of my concerns. Then kept messaging asking me to call and tried to make it sound like I didn't call. I sent an email the evening after they came stating i had multiple concerns, on Saturday, the didn't get back to me until Monday. The house was completely empty intentionally so it could be thoroughly cleaned. I sent pictures and videos, which are appalling to management and he even said that this is not up to their standards. Not even a basic clean was performed. I seriously have no idea what they did with the time they were there (5 hours) the supervisor sat in their car in the driveway in the backseat most of the time. My husband said they kept asking if they could leave and didn't know if we wanted things like the pantry cleaned because they thought it was a move out clean. My husband saw them standing and leaning up against the wall, waiting to be told they could leave. The floors turn my socks black, cobwebs and spiders everywhere, thick layers of dust on all light fixtures, old hair and beard trimmings on sinks, sticky stains on shower wall- which I was told was too hard to remove, and I removed with a wet papertowel and no cleaning product. This is fraud as absolutely zero things off of their checklist they sent me were done or completed. They provided no service at all and I am not sure how they are a legitimate company, I am honestly not sure that they are. Please see pictures- they wanted to send the same crew who came originally to "spot clean" the places they "missed" and said that they would not redo the whole house, when the whole house was not done once. They will also respond here and say they tried to resolve this issue by asking me to call them and asking me to let them come back out to the house. How can they resolve this, when they took my money for a service and didn't provide it at all the first time? Especially after being told they were not going to clean the whole house, which is what I paid for and did not get. The house did not smell like any cleaning products and my photos will prove that it is very clear nothing was cleaned. I have videos as well. Videos and pictures from every single room in the house. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY- THIS IS FRAUDULENT/SPAM/A SCAM I have attached a screenshot stating that THE SAME CREW WOULD COME OUT DUE TO SCHEDULING CONFLICTS, so now Nick the manager is lying! How is this misleading when it is 100% factual and what happened. My house is filthy and the fact that you're trying to handle this so differently online than how you did through text is crazy!!! They have also threatened legal action for "defamation" in my review so they continue to be unpleasant to deal with as was mentioned in other reviews. The reason I wrote my review a year later, is that I received an email from Cleaners Joy soliciting my business this morning ... which happens to be the same day an absolutely wonderful cleaning person was cleaning my home, and it reminded me of the terrible experience that I had with Cleaners Joy and pi**ed me off all over again. To clarify my concerns and correct the facts: They did not return for a re-cleaning, they just sent another incompetent cleaner to help that was no better than the first. The first cleaner barely spoke English (I had to use Google Translate to be able to communicate with her) and clearly had no training. Neither of them were even familiar with the "checklist" as they missed really obvious places that went untouched. For example, they never even looked at the ceiling fans because if they had they would have seen the very obvious dust in the blades. The original cleaner didn't even know how to make a bed properly as the sheets that she put on had a very obvious right and wrong way ands she did it wrong. Given that they picked at an old scab, I thought that I should describe the events as they occurred and not let the company put a self serving glaze on what happened. They did give me a partial refund, but given the extremely poor job they did, it didn't seem right at the time but I accepted it just so I did not have to have any further dealings with them. As far as I'm concerned, I would never use or recommend this company to anyone, but its your money. They might have done a good job elsewhere, but not for me. Buyer beware!

Now looking forward I see how lucky we were!! Keep reading. After that it was quite difficult to get in her schedule for a regular bimonthly cleaning. She wouldn't pick up the phone or answer to texts for two weeks or so. When she finally did, she explained that she had had some health issues. The day she was supposed to finally start, she didn't come as she had committed too, only her other employee who was 1 hour late and left half way due to a personal emergency. We were expecting an apology and being communicated when the work would be resumed and finished, but we instead received an invoice. I finally learnt she had more health issues after ME contacting HER via text. I just wish she would have been more communicative upfront so we could plan around. She finally canceled the invoice.
