The grout was defective or mixed incorrectly. The grout could not be cleaned and started falling out after a few months. I tried working with Chris for weeks and weeks without any success hoping he would review and recommend a fix and take care or the issue. ( likely just redoing the grout) Chris and Quality floors were not professional enough to even stop by to inspect the problem. I strongly recommend using a different company. We happened to be driving past Rheaults all week and I was checking out the furniture every time we went past until finally I had to stop. Everything was beautiful and beautifully crafted. After talking with Roger and telling him what I wanted we discussed pricing and when I'd be picking it up. The day came and I can't believe how excited I was to finally have it on the lawn. I got a 5ft picnic table with 2 detached benches. The benches are a greenish blue color and Roger offered to give me the paint for the table but I wanted the natural wood for now and I'm so glad I did. Now when I'm outside I can smell the fresh cut wood smell and the table feels so nice and well sanded and smooth. For me I'm extremely happy and we've already spent hours enjoying it. This resulted in a burst pipe when the nail rusted through and it caused significant water damage to my home. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of paying in cash. When I called for a receipt, I was told I would be provided one. I never received one and never heard back from the company after multiple calls. My insurance company also tried to reach them multiple times and never heard back. If you do use this company, be sure not to use cash and make sure you have a solid paper trail.
