They told me if he started his journey during non business hours, call the number, they would arrange a place for me to take Ozzy and someone from their office would be there to take Ozzy. The lady stressed call this number any time of day! When we brought Ozzy home, he came back in a lovely cedar box with his name on top, a memorial clay paw print and a card from them. I told him who I was and just continued to be rude. I still left my puppy for a puppy cut because I've been going to this location since it was CJ's pet grooming over 20 years now. When returning Levi asked me to pay I asked him if I could see my puppy first he asked why. I explained before I paid a tip I'd like to see him. He got frustrated with me and went and got him and put him on the counter I looked at my puppy saw that he needed his butt area trimmed he grabbed my puppy took him to a lady groomer whispered in her ear and before I knew it they shaved his whole butt area. I think Levi has poor communication skills and is very rude. He has lost me and my entire family as a groomer and 4 of us used to go there.

He was accidental nicked on his genitals. I have records of a doctor visit, calls to store and emails. Our dogs are groomed every 8-10 weeks, so we take care of them. The owner Debbie is very irresponsible and the groomer lied about the situation. Just be aware. If you've had a great experience, I'm glad, but we did not. I asked for the vet bill to covered not for a refund, which is very reasonable.

It's the same great quality my Goldendoodle, Phoebe, loves fresh, long-lasting bones that keep her busy for days. Honestly, I'm officially spoiled. She tends to get matted in the bum area and my dog would try to nip her but the owner was so patient with her and talked to her like a person. The owner didn't force her to stay still and waited until til my dog was ready to resume. The owner could have told me she couldn't finish and asked me not to come back, but she didn't. She was determined to finish her work and worked with the dog to make she was comfortable.

I was especially pleased how they treated my highly triggered Pitbull. My pit Missy is extremely aggressive towards other dogs. But she loves people.
