It is also convenient with how close Pearlridge Mall, nearby local shops, and the Kalauao Pearlridge (rail) Station is. Long story short I got into an accident back in August and needed my car repaired, they looked my car over, gave us a quote, and billed our insurance but the communication was terrible, we had to go out of our way to call and ask for an update because they never seemed to have one for us. I was trying my hardest to be understanding that we live in Hawaii and it is hard to get parts but when you are sitting in the dark for months, with no solution in sight it gets frustrating. The accident happened in August, they billed my insurance in November, they only just took my car in February. The part that makes me sad is that it took us calling our insurance to file a complaint and magically the same day we received a call to drop off the car two days later. The only thing I am grateful for is that the car is fixed and the total amount of time I was truly out of a vehicle was two weeks.
