I get that everyone has bad days, but it's not something that should come through to customers. The food itself was okay, nothing special, but not bad either. The horchata, though, was a miss for me. It was way over-seasoned with a tangy flavor that didn't match any horchata I've had before, which made it hard to finish. Not a terrible experience overall, but between the service and the drink, I probably won't be rushing back...

A casual space to enjoy the great weather. Even thought its counter serve, they should ask if it's first time and explain the menu to you. The guy who took my order was patient, but an overview of the menu would have been helpful. But the main reason why I'm disappointed is because there is not near as many French fries on the corn dog as the picture shows. I get food doesn't always look like the pictures, but they are extremely overselling how many fries come on the corn dogs - almost half my dog was missing fries! Also, I asked for my sauces on the side and they come in such tiny cups which don't include near enough sauce but also the opening is entirely too small to fit the corn dog into, making it difficult to dip. I also got passion fruit boba tea which had real passion fruit pieces in it - this is not advertised and takes away from the boba. Overall, this place is gimmicky and people just go for the novelty.

A few weeks ago I've had one of the worst burgers ever from a different food truck and was hesitant about ordering a burger from here but I'm so happy I did! It's a waygu burger. I asked for cheddar instead of the pimento cheese. It was one of the best burgers I've had. The only thing that would have made it better is if it was cooked medium. Maybe I could have asked. Idk. It was well but was still awesome. I consciously stopped eating my tots so I could have room to finish my burger. I can't say enough good things. I thought $17+ (includes tip) was too much for a burger and tots but it was worth it. I could eat this burger every day and I'm supposed to be a vegetarian

We were given a pager and told about 15 minutes. We ventured inside to find a seat and a beer . The pager buzzed and our food was ready . The food looked amazing, and smelled wonderful. I was concerned about the pastrami being to fatty , but it wasn't . It was lean and well seasoned. The bread to sandwich ratio was perfect and it was lightly buttered and toasted . One bite and I knew I was going to enjoy it. The potato salad had great flavored , perfectly seasoned. The burger was cooked to order , well seasoned and had great flavor. The fries were perfectly fried and well seasoned also. This is definitely a food truck that I would dine at again.

The other foods I tried were the coleslaw, baked beans, green beans, cornbread, pulled pork, beef brisket, mac and cheese, and banana pudding. The only food I did not try was the corn on the cob. Coleslaw and baked beans tasted like the usual, decent. Cornbread was very soft which I liked but was too sweet for me. Pulled pork and brisket were okay. They had a spicy and western BBQ sauces, which were okay, not my favorite. Mac and cheese was not my favorite, like from a school cafeteria. The banana pudding was the worst - tasted like an artificial pudding.

Eggroll options include Cheese steak, Bacon mac and cheese, Pepperoni pizza, Sweet Cuban, Monte cristo, and S'more. You can buy two egg rolls for $6 and mix and match is allowed. I felt full after eating 4.5 egg rolls. You can also convert your egg roll into a topping on fries. The egg rolls are wrapped in a thin egg roll wrapper and deep-fried. Most of the egg rolls were crispy except the bacon mac and cheese. Best to eat the egg rolls as soon as they are cooked or they turn cold fast. My first favorite egg roll was the Cheese steak and my second favorite was the Pepperoni pizza. The cheese steak had thinly sliced tender ribeye with mozzarella cheese. You get to choose either A1 sauce or Mayo drizzled on the cheese steak egg roll. I preferred the Mayo. The Pepperoni pizza had thinly sliced pepperoni with plenty of mozzarella cheese, drizzled with marinara sauce. The flavor was basically like eating a pizza. The bacon mac and cheese egg roll had good flavor but wasn't crispy. It had creamy mac and cheese and smoked bacon, drizzled with smokehouse BBQ sauce. I wasn't digging the Sweet Cuban egg roll probably because it was missing the pork. It had deli sliced ham, swiss cheese, gherkin pickles, drizzled with Cuban mustard. The Monte cristo was good. It was only slightly sweet, not overpowering. It had sliced deli turkey, ham, Swiss cheese, a drizzle of raspberry jam, and sprinkled with powdered sugar. The S'more egg roll was good for dessert. Be prepared for sticky fingers. It had lots of marshmallow fluff, milk chocolate, graham crackers crumbs, drizzled with chocolate and sprinkled with powdered sugar. Would eat at this food truck again.

FOOD: Today's feature is Webo's Fried Fish (Flounder) + Fried Shrimp Platter with Okra and Mac & Cheese. Everything was absolutely wonderful, but I really want to focus on Webo's breading and okra. The fish batter is crunchy, crispy and seasoned just right. The portion size is incredible and the fish, itself, was very hot and fresh. The okra? This is how fried okra should taste each and every time with that beautiful, light cornmeal breading! Beautiful! The Mac and Cheese was nice and creamy but needed some added pepper and light salt to season it to my preference. I was also hoping for some of that baked, thicker gooeyness throughout the mac (from a slight broiling on top during the cooking process) but it was a consistent creamy cheese. The mac wasn't bad at all, but not terrific. I would say it was good - very good. The okra and fish though? Those were seasoned, prepared and cooked properly! This is the Soul Food I expected and it fully satisfied. SCORE: 4.5 STARS!! SERVICE: I had the chance to meet Webo a couple of weeks back and also today. The empanada choices were: chicken fiesta, barbecue pulled pork, steak, mozzarella, and spinach and feta cheese. I didn't try the barbecue pulled pork. I felt like there wasn't that much feta cheese. The empanada dough itself was great-crispy, only a little bit oily. I chose chimichurri and barbecue sauce as my two sauces. There were nice to include a third sauce on the house, the Pico de Gallo. All the sauces were good, but the Pico de Gallo was my favorite of the three. Pico de Gallo is a must get sauce.
