I just bought a prime rib food today and it was nothing perfect and it was tough. And before I went a couple other times and every time I get home short ribs nothing but fat a big bones in my package the last three times been very unhappy! But I have to say when the father is there, you do get a very good cut of meat but when boys you get nothing but fat and bones! The prices are great as well. $6.99 a lb for korean galbi style shirt runs which cost about $13 a pound ar the Asian Lotte market and halal! They also have great package deals. I found this meat market online a while back, and recently decided to give it a try. It's about an hours drive away, but it was worth it. The young man, Isa, was very personable and polite. The service he provided was top quality. The meat was excellent quality, I was totally satisfied with the whole experience. I will go back for my meat purchases. Just moved to this area and my relatives recommended to buy a meat from here! It was a worst nightmare I had today. I went there to buy whole goat leg and the guy with big mustache was so rude. I politely asked him if goat leg is fresh and slaughtered recently. He left the counter at that second and some other guys came to take my order after 3-4 minutes wait. This young guys was nice and took my order and answered my questions. When he was making a meat, I requested to pack in 3-4 bags proportionally rather than to dump everything in one big bag. The same guy (big mustache) came in the conversation and said "this is your job to do at home and we cannot customize it otherwise we would charge money for customization". I was shocked to hear that because I have been buying meat from other stores previously and no body talked me like that! It was a nightmare there. When I came back home and checked the meat, he mixed the other portion of goat meat into the leg meat. They also collected a service fee of $5.00. I doubted this type of customer service, extra charges (service fee) on receipt without telling customer or posted anywhere in the store and mix low quality meat in the premier meat would make them last long in this city!! However, as I'm giving my order, the butcher catches an attitude because I wasn't ordering fast enough. When I asked "if something was wrong", he very rudely told me to "go to the supermarket Ma". I can only assume that his attitude was about my race based on the way he spoke to me and the fact that he was very kind to the non-black American customers in the store at that time. Awesome Old World style butcher shop meat!!!! Most people don't realize this: Halal or Kosher meat is a much healthier alternative to factory farm (junk) meat. Even when compared to Organic Free Range/yaddy yadda meat, it cannot compared to the meat here. Having the blood drained off as much as possible upon butchering, and serving it asap so the meat is as fresh as it can be, this has always been the Old Way of eating meat. One of the reasons why good restaurants abroad always seem to taste so much better than most American eateries when it comes to their meat (and veggies), it's because the meat is fresh butchered and served. This shop is very clean, very friendly, very reasonably priced and best of all, freshest meat in the Orlando area, nothing comes close. You can tell by the smell (or lack thereof) that the meat is really fresh. Other places in Orlando have discolored, smelly meat, but 360 only carries good, clean products. What a great find! If you like to cook and/or like to eat, this is your place. Friendly people with the freshest meat. Went in for short ribs and ground beef for burgers. The butcher cut some lean meat and fat and ground it together in front of me. The family agreed these were the best burgers I have ever made. Next night made the short ribs. Everyone received the clean plate award. Have also bought chicken in the past that was delicious. Halal 360 is a great find. It is clean, the meat is top notch, and the prices are fair. Why overpay at the big box store or supermarket for something that was processed in a meat packing plant last week when you can have something prepared by hand in front of you? Very nice meat market. I called all over looking for beef ribs and they were the only place who had them so I stopped in. Everything look super clean, all of the meat looked fresh, no bad smells or nasty coolers like some meat markets. The man behind the counter was very helpful in helping me make my choices. I got ribs and chicken wings. I had no idea what halal meant so I looked it up when I got home and educated myself on the subject before I even started cooking. Everything I read was exactly what I received, every clean and flavorful meat. I couldn't believe how clean the chicken was, no greasy residue like you would get from other markets. The ribs were amazing and I used very little seasonings. This was our first time in and we will most definitely be back for all of our meats. This place was clean and the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. We mentioned goat and the guy pulled out a fresh leg of goat that was young and very fresh. After having it cut to our preference, we bought a little under 2 lbs, we decided to use it that night in a curry, goat stew for dinner and WOW!! This was probably the best quality and best tasting goat I've ever eaten!! Including at the best Indian restaurants that we frequent. We couldn't get over how incredible and tender the meat was. No gamey odor or taste at all! We also bought lamb for stew, lamb chops for the grill, beef for slow cooling and some beef bones for broth.
