My husband…read morehad dental work done a couple of years ago (a bridge), at another dental office, and had pain in one of the teeth since- it was off and on pain. I figured he was eventually going to need a root canal, but he was trying to wait it out. Until one day, he could no longer ignore it. Our dentist is out of town, and my husband asked me to find someone who could get him in ASAP. Of course that seems like an impossible task. Most places you call have an insanely long wait time (by a month or more) for new patients- if they are even taking new patients. I called one dentist who referred me to this facility. I called and spoke with Tara, one of the office workers. Tara was amazingly kind and has wonderful customer care. Not only was she able to get my husband seen within a day, they were able to get him antibiotics and schedule his root canal for the following day. I can't say enough good things about this place! My husband said the doctor (Dr. Branden Dailey) had wonderful bedside manner. As you can probably tell, my husband initially had a lot of anxiety around dental work. They took care of him right away- which we were both so grateful for. I know it's no easy thing to find room for a new patients, and for an emergency at that. For those reasons alone, I am so grateful for this place. It's clear they TRULY care about people- you are not just another number or appointment like so many other offices treat their patients as. The office staff is a reflection of that, as well as Dr Dailey's gentle patient care. Thank you so much to Dr Dailey and his wonderful staff- especially Tara- she is a gem! However, if you show up on time, be prepared to WAIT and WAIT. From when you show up to when the doctor sees you, it will be an hour or more. Your time is not important. Hard to get your X-rays If you want the X-rays you paid for, that will be a challenge. You will have to ask several times. They will tell you that they will send them, but you're going to have to call them several times.
