Oddly enough, hardly any reviews that i could find, but they wouldn't stay in business long if they were not careful, right? My gamble paid off. They showed up, loaded my upright piano in less than 5 minutes and we were off. They were very careful, plenty strong and gave me a discount for being able to pull up to my deck and avoid the stairs. The purposely took a longer drive to the location and didn't follow us adding 35 minutes to the charges. When asked, Sal lied and said there was extreme traffic on the highway to which I replied no there wasn't. I pulled over and waited for you and you missed my exit. He just shrugged his shoulders. They also have somebody new who can't back up a trailer to save his life. I wasted at least another 20 to 30 minutes watching him try to jockey a trailer. All those things would be fine if they didn't include them in my charge, but I got charged an extra hour for all this crud. Oh no, they did the job, but I can't say I was confident or happy at all during the process.
