My move was cancelled via phone 2 hours before arrival and set for the next day. But what I had booked changed. Instead of 3 men and a big truck, there were only 2 and the smallest truck the company runs. I have at least 3 bedrooms worth of stuff and a full garage. My house is maybe 1/4 moved over and I have to do most of this by myself since the move did not go as planned. I don't think I would book this company again for what happened. This has done nothing but add anxiety to my situation and also my job. I have taken off work to find out my move was cancelled. So, the thing is, that's not time I get back because I used PTO. This is a long review so you can tell I am very disappointed with my service. I thought this was a local service but it's just another chain that doesn't seem to understand how much stress you have added to my life in one week.
