Megan is my stylist and she's super and her station has windows all around. It's so cool! If you haven't been to the new places, please check it out. I loved it. Oh, they've got really great new specialty spaces for lashes, facials, and scalp messages! The new spaces are warm and inviting. Really a super great move to a classic space. Do check it out!

I reached out to her the next morning and told her that most of the lashes had started falling out rite after they were put on and she said that was normal and I asked her what I could do bc I was going to be going out of town for the day and she said I could use any oil based product and the rest of them would come off and they did . My complaint is that I had spent $90 dollars for #1Lashes that fell out and frankly my glue on lashes that cost $6 dollars looked far more attractive #2When I notified her about what had happened she basically said that was a shame that this happened with not one offer of redoing my lashes or not one offer of returning my any part of my money ! I felt she had plenty opportunity to do something to rectify this situation but she did nothing! #3 So I am just letting you ladies know what you could be walking into by going to her for lash extensions! I feel that she was not fair in this at all , if she would have offered anything in regards to making me the customer feel better and not ripped off or taken. Then I never would have posted this on here. I feel she did herself an injustice in the long run because I could have given that girl lots of business through lots of my friends has she been fair by me so ladies as I say, beware.

We got called about the same time. We were seated 3 seats apart. The stylist was letting me know how much she hated working there as she's complaining she drops the scissor tip hits the middle of my glasses. She makes a joke about it, then she proceeds to pass the hairdryer from right to left while it's on and a quarter size chuck of my hair gets pulled into the dryer & ripped out my head while other parts get burnt. I said I was done she takes off to the back. I go over to my husband (he's just getting done)to tell him what happened. His stylist starts laughing. We only pay for his cut and leave. I talked to the GM and she said all she could do was offer a few hair cuts and apologized said she would talk to the stylist and the one who laughed at me being hurt. Recently my hubby went back for one of those "free cuts". He asked for his usual cut(a fade leave top alone) an the stylist keeps asking "ok so size 0 then?"he repeats same hair cut yea , she asks him 3 more times laughing. She proceeds to shave his entire head bald he gets upset and she says again laughing she will only charge him for a child's hair cut. He is embarrassed and leaves. I call up there asking why did she do that and why was he charged? Turns out it was the same girl who did his hair last time an got in trouble for laughing at me so she gave him a "revenge cut". We won't be going back there. Both stylists still work there. Do with this information what you will

Upon noting I was next in the queue, she declined to give a haircut!?!? I refer specifically to two stylists here... Stephanie and Ashley. Needless to say, I won't be back to this location. This level of blatant rudeness would never happen at the Versailles store or Lexington Great Clips. Overall, beyond disappointing... but a disgusting experience at the Brighton Center Great Clips.
