My work schedule is four random days of the week that I receive in six week cycles, the schedule is usually posted about two weeks or less prior to the new schedule starting. Their solution is to tell you to book ahead so that it will be easier to reschedule you but often they actually still have no openings so then they try to bounce you around to stylists consistently, never once been offered a phone call if someone cancels or anything like that. Their services are pretty expensive and the last two times I have hated how my hair looked leaving including the time I asked for a face framing trim and left with little strands chopped to about two inches like a bang that I now have to grow out. Also while processing no one ever checks on me I just sit there twiddling my thumbs hoping it's processing appropriately while my stylist hides in the back. When I called to cancel stating I wouldn't be back they weren't even curious as to why so here we are. I wish them luck but the customer service needs a serious glow up

She said she put a note down for Haley so she could put in as many lashes as possible in that 1.5 hour session since I was so short on time. I never imagined how amazing Haley would be given the time. She really put so much attention into my lashes in that time and they turned out beautiful! She even offered to do another session and was going to come in early for me. Talk about amazing service! I ended up loving my lashes the way they were after just the first session. I felt like whatever he thought was good, I would listen to him and I figured he would recommend the quickest way to fix my hair so he could head home. But he took no short cuts and spent a good amount of time doing the consult before beginning to get to work. The color is beautiful, the hair cut is beautiful.
